Video: New videos raise questions about military UFO encounters 2024, November

The UN is discussing the issue of UFOs. - The USA is against the exchange of information. - Extraterrestrial beings scan NATO encryption machines. - Shuttle flights from Hiroshima to Vietnam. - Visitors to US nuclear plants: 500 "plates" a day! - The guests stopped by Kapustin Yar. - Inspections at aerodromes. - Latvians are very surprised. - Lights from Barnaul to Lubbock.

On October 7, 1977, a UFO request was made to the UN. The Prime Minister of the small island state of Grenada, Eric Gary, spoke with him, saying: "I myself saw an unidentified flying object and was amazed by it." Gary supplied his memorandum with a warning that with the help of UFOs, an extraterrestrial civilization threatens to enslave humanity and take possession of the Earth. The irony of fate was that the enthusiast of "ufology" Eric Gary was soon overthrown, but not by aliens, but by completely earthly forces of the left. The United States landed troops on the island to deal with the initiators of the coup.

Be that as it may, the question of UFOs was raised at the 33rd session of the UN General Assembly on November 27, 1978. It was included in the agenda at number 128 and sounded modest: "On the need to study UN UFOs." Alain Hynek, director of the American Center for UFO Research, US Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Larry Coyne, one of the UFO eyewitnesses, spoke in favor of the study. A letter from the American astronaut G. Cooper was read out. While still a pilot, in 1951 he met UFOs over Europe for two days in a row.

However, the American representative to the UN, Goldberg, opposed the broad formulation of the issue and tried to convince UN Secretary General U Thant of this.

On December 8, 1978, the UN Special Political Committee instructed the General Assembly to invite interested states "to take appropriate steps to coordinate at the national level scientific research on the problem of extraterrestrial life, including unidentified flying objects." This initiative did not find a proper continuation, but one way or another the topic was raised at the UN.

And not for the first time. In 1966, Colmen von Kewitzky, a member of the UN Secretariat, presented his research on UFOs to Secretary General U Thant. Kevitsky, as we have already noted, headed ICUFON (ICUFON - Intercontinental UFO Network - Intercontinental network for research and analysis of UFO-galactic ships). U Thant then noted the importance of the problem, even compared it in importance with the Vietnamese one.

To the IKUFON memorandum, Associate Professor of MAI F. Yu. Siegel, a UFO researcher from the USSR, wrote an afterword, in which he noted: “The now indisputable fact that the UFO phenomenon has a global character and“flying saucers”are observed on all continents, including Antarctica, should serve stimulus for international cooperation on this scientific problem”. But although international cooperation in this area has progressed slowly, the phenomenon itself pushed initiative groups from different countries to study and exchange views.

Of course, at the "national level" the United States and other countries, as we have seen, have observed UFOs for a number of years. But in the United States, the results of observations were classified, and publications on this topic for the military were equated with espionage (retired American Major D. Keehou wrote about this in 1985). The authors of such publications were threatened with considerable prison terms or heavy fines (up to 10 thousand dollars). Nevertheless, publications did appear, sometimes at a very authoritative level. So, on January 19, 1979, the UPI agency, referring to the documents of the US Department of Defense, testified that in 1975 in the United States, in the places where missiles with nuclear warheads were launched, UFOs hovered at an altitude of several tens of meters for two weeks.

We have already mentioned UFOs that appeared during World War II over France and Germany. Relatively recently, they paid a sensational visit to the NATO headquarters, located in Belgium, in the town of Evers. Here, in the heart of Europe, at the central point of the North Atlantic bloc, UFO squadrons behaved simply unceremoniously. On one of the spring evenings in 1990, they appeared at an altitude of 600 meters and lined up in a diamond. NATO interceptor fighters immediately took to the air. The aliens scattered like a fan, and when the fighters tried to catch up with them, they developed an absolutely incredible speed and disappeared in a few seconds.

Nevertheless, the next evening they reappeared, this time at a low-shave altitude of 60 meters, and flew over the central premises of the headquarters in complete impunity, since this time the radars caught them with a delay. Low altitude is known to make targets elusive. Analysts shrugged their shoulders, seeing such impudence. It was completely incomprehensible to them what caused such a risky venture of the usually circumspect aliens.

The reason became apparent later, when one of the technical service officers recalled that the coding setting had been changed at NATO headquarters the day before. The one that allows NATO institutions and bases, scattered around the world, to exchange information in a secret, inaccessible to outsiders. (Incidentally, since November 29, 1989, unidentified triangular objects have appeared over a year over a year over a thousand times over Belgium - 30-40 meters in diameter. They were equipped with three floodlights emitting white light and a flashing orange-red headlight in the middle. the rounded part shimmered with a chain of red and blue lights.)

It would seem, what does the aliens care about NATO ciphers? It turned out to be the most direct! They urgently needed to scan a new encoder from different angles. What for? Yes, to continue deciphering NATO secret messages! The demonstrative "gypsy girl with an exit", as a famous movie hero would call the alien action, told the observers a lot. First of all, the aliens are able to read the secret dispatches of the military blocs! Moreover, they consider this not only possible for themselves, but also extremely necessary. Exaggeration? But it is difficult to give another interpretation.

The appearance of UFOs over NATO headquarters continued the series of tracking the most important events on Earth in the military-political field. After the explosion of the American atomic bomb over Hiroshima, an unidentified object was discovered in the pictures taken by Japanese photographers, which hung over the destroyed city for another week, apparently taking air samples, measuring the degree of radioactivity and danger to living things.

In Korea, UFOs appeared the day after the outbreak of hostilities here and then did not stop tracking, accompanying the planes of the warring parties during their bombing and other flights.

When the Americans faked the incident in the Gulf of Tonkin to get a pretext to intervene in the Vietnam War, UFO sightings flashed in the skies in many places of the battle. In June 1967, an American radio station in Europe announced the appearance of globular UFOs observing military operations in Southeast Asia.

Previously, they regularly patrolled the largest training grounds in the United States and the USSR during missile launches and test flights. So, in July 1951, a lenticular UFO was discovered in the United States over the White Sands test site - it flew in parallel next to the rocket being tested.

On March 17, 1956, 500 (!) "Saucers" flew over nuclear plants in the state of New Mexico.

The UFOs did not leave alone and the Cape Canaveral test site, from where the most important missile launches were made. In 1964, an unidentified object appeared here, exceeding the size of the rocket being launched. Appeared and flew so close to her that the tracking locator switched from rocket to UFO and followed him after the UFO moved away from the supervised rocket. Only after 14 minutes, the locator operators realized their mistake and tried to restore communication with the rocket.

The examples can be continued. In September 1964, the Atlas rocket was launched from the Vanderberg base for the first time, along with high-speed filming of its flight, made through a telescope. What did you notice when the film was developed? After the separation of the rocket acceleration stages, when the warhead reached a height of 110 kilometers, a "saucer" approached it and, directing its beam at it, gave four bright flashes. The warhead got out of control and fell into the ocean, hundreds of miles short of its target! This can already be regarded as an act of aggression, and not just observation.

In August 1977, when the Minuteman rocket was launched from Vandenberg base in the direction of the Pacific Ocean, it was also accompanied by an alien ship all the way.

The Soviet Union, of course, was not forgotten either. In June 1961, a black cigar-shaped object 20-25 meters long appeared over the Kapustin Yar training ground at an altitude of 800 meters, devoid of wings, stabilizers and portholes. He moved deliberately slowly - only 150 kilometers per hour - with clearly reconnaissance purposes.

In November 1979, a UFO in the form of a light green ellipse hovered for half an hour over the command post of Kapustin Yar, appearing there 15 hours before the launch of the rocket. It seems that UFOs were well aware of the timing and nature of this, as well as others, launch. In January 1986, the "guest" again honored Kapustin Yar with his attention.

UFOs are often seen in Chukotka. This sparsely populated region of Russia is interesting for its strategic importance due to its proximity to Alaska (USA), as well as the presence of powerful air connections in the area of Cape Schmidt and Anadyr. True, the places devoid of military bases near Lake Elgygytgyn, Vankarem and Ust-Belaya are inhabited by UFOs, and they are often met by hunters and workers from the village of Coal Mines near Anadyr. These meetings have a bad effect on the health of local residents - the head hurts, drowsiness attacks, the dogs lie down in the snow when the "plate" approaches and refuse to carry the team. True, the Chukchi hunters do not like to talk about this, because they superstitiously believe that then UFOs will become attached to them, and this threatens disaster. As noted by "Interesting Gazeta" (No. 7, 1997), hunters living on the coast of the Arctic Ocean, claimthat there is a permanent UFO track along the Wellen - Vankarem line, to the green lights of which many have already got used to. They are also found at sea. Duty officer on a fishing vessel based in the area of the village of Ust-Belaya, Alexander Polorotov, during the appearance of the UFO, filmed a cigar-shaped body, although many frames were empty. "After the observations," he said, "the ship's crew did not feel well - weakness, malaise, headache."

UFOs, he said, usually appear from the side of Lake Elgygytgyn, which is notorious among local residents. There is a legend that a "shaman who can fly" lives on the lake. He allegedly has a frosty head, and his body is naked to the waist and glistens. In one hand he holds a saber, and in the other some kind of "winged object". It is assumed that these are attributes of aliens (a spacesuit, a tight-fitting anti-G shirt). Considering that the UFO is also adapted for diving into water, it is possible that the aliens have a base on the mentioned lake.

UFOs also appear near the village of Novoye Chaplino, whose employee Valery Yezhov photographed one of them at night, since it hung for a long time at an altitude of 50–70 meters. On the right side of the ball, according to Yezhov, “two legs came out”, at the ends of which bright lights were burning, and concentric glowing circles appeared around the ball. The UFO allowed itself to be photographed for half an hour. Of course, the "siloviki" of these places also track "guests".

Summing up, we can say that the tracking of the largest stages of the improvement of terrestrial military equipment is being conducted by aliens tirelessly, constantly and totally. Let us mention once again the constant raids to US nuclear laboratories, missile silos, overflights over nuclear power plants in France, control over the Semipalatinsk test site, and places of Soviet and Russian missile launches (Baikonur, Plesetsk).

Frequent UFO sightings have been observed over military airfields. Sometimes it becomes a system. So, since 1970, UFOs 12 times "inspected" Williams Air Base (Arizona), 11 times - the base of B-52 heavy bombers in Barksdale (Louisiana). Here UFOs hovered for 20 minutes over the formation of pilots preparing for the parade (movies, what was filmed?) In October-November 1975, the aliens "inspected" the American airbases Loring (Maine), Wurtsmith (Michigan) and Malmstrom (Montana).

In addition to American airfields, their field of vision was the airfields of Noisser in Morocco in 1953, Camba Punat in Argentina in 1962, Lekness in Norway in 1972 and Buenos Aires in the capital of Argentina in 1980.

And over Orly airport near Paris on February 20, 1956, radar operators observed maneuvers for four hours by a UFO that was twice the size of the largest aircraft. He behaved very unevenly, with sharp jerks crossing the paths of aircraft, the crews of which and passengers saw him as a red fireball with dark outlines. Its speed during movements reached, according to locators, 2400 kilometers per hour.

Here is another observation, a description of which came from Latvia:

“On July 26, 1965, we investigated the ionosphere and noctilucent clouds at the Ogre observation station of the Latvian SSR. At 21 hours 35 minutes, we noticed an unusually bright "star" in the twilight, which was slowly moving westward. A small flat spot could be seen through binoculars with 8x magnification. The telescope showed the following picture. The body was a lenticular disk about 100 meters in diameter. In the center, a thickening was clearly visible - a small sphere. Near the disk, at a distance equal to approximately two of its diameters, three spheres were moving, similar to the one in the center. They slowly revolved around this disk. At the same time, the entire system gradually decreased, probably moving away from the Earth. 15–20 minutes after the start of observation, the spheres began to move away from the disk, scattering in different directions. The sphere in the center of the disc also flew to the side. At 22:00 all these bodies were already so far from us that we lost sight of them. They were matte greenish pearl. This phenomenon was observed at an altitude of about 100 km at an angle of 60 degrees above the horizon in the northwest direction.

Robert Vitolniek, Researcher of the Astrophysical Laboratory of the USSR Academy of Sciences, Jan Melderis, Esmeralda Vitolniek, members of the Latvian Branch of the All-Union Astronomical and Geodetic Society”.

And in August 1980, as stated in G. Kolchin's book "UFOs, Facts and Documents" (Leningrad, 1991), published in electronic version by the decision of the Presidium of the Geographical Society of the USSR (foreword by Corresponding Member of the USSR Academy of Sciences V. S. Troitsky and Chairman Commission on anomalous phenomena of the Geographical Society of A. I. Mordvin-Shchodro), a luminous ball with a tail appeared over a military airfield in Barnaul and patrolled at low altitude. In connection with this, the dispatchers ordered the planes approaching Barnaul to postpone the landing. The UFO made several maneuvers over the airfield, changing the altitude from 4 to 8 kilometers, after which it retired to Novosibirsk. His flight was tracked by locators.

In July 1982, a strangely shaped UFO appeared over the military airfield of Roslavl twice - like a cut pear - and interfered with flights at an altitude of 600-900 meters. The guards began to direct a searchlight at him, after which he quickly left. The stay over the airfield lasted an hour and a half.

These were mostly solo flights.

There was one more episode, called "Lubbock Lights" and remembered by the fact that the conscientiousness of those who watched this phenomenon, no one doubted. It began with the fact that on the evening of August 25, 1951, an employee of the Sunday Corporation, owned by the Atomic Energy Commission and was of a secret nature, together with his wife noticed a U-shaped flying wing with a series of lights near his home in Albuquerque (New Mexico). The flight altitude was 250-300 meters. That evening, four professors from the Texas College of Technology watched as a "necklace" of 15-30 greenish-blue lights, arranged in a semicircle, flew silently over the city of Lubbock. An hour later, they reappeared in sight. They were observed for two weeks, moving from north to south. In total, more than ten of their flights were counted. Among the eyewitnesses were the Dean of the Faculty of Petroleum Engineering, Professor W. L. Ducker, Professor of Chemistry A. G. Bert, Professor of Geology, Dr. W. I. Robinson.
