I watch the program "Let's Get Married" very rarely, and to be honest, I practically never watch it - unless by chance, switching channels, you run into some incredibly wild characters and freeze for a few minutes at the screen with your mouth open from amazement.
So it happened this week, when, languishing with the terrible thought that there was nothing to watch, but it was necessary to write, in anguish I clicked the remote control. And she ran into it. A certain Fyodor, from whom his wife ran away 8 years ago, leaving him with three young children, wants to marry again. In the rooms, hidden for the time being from the eyes of a potential groom, three potential brides are watching what is happening in the studio. One of them came with a small (about 7 years old) son, who comments on what he saw: "Mom, how do you like your groom?" - "Well, such a good uncle."
The Good Uncle, meanwhile, tells the three presenters the details of a previous failed family life. The presenters, who do not suffer from delicacy, sort out his personal case without any embarrassment. It is clear that wives do not run away from good husbands at breakneck speed. So this one drank, raised his hand to his wife, bullied him in every possible way - but take your wife and run to Sevastopol and do not show eyes from there.
“Did the children come with you? - the presenter Larisa Guzeeva is busily interested. - Give them here. In the studio timidly, one after another, enter the children - two girls 8 and 10 years old and an older boy 12 years old. Guzeeva torments them for a long time, forcing them to remember who offended whom more - dad mom or mom dad, after which she invites the children to leave for a while ("Go run and discuss me - how cool I am") and announces the main surprise of the program: "From Sevastopol the ex-wife of Fyodor Anna arrived”.
Anna and her new husband, sitting down at the table, lays out their claims: he drank, and beat, and killed the cat in front of the children, and posted her intimate video on social networks, wanting to disgrace. Guzeeva, however, states with her trademark categoricalness: "So far, I don't see any drama (well, they fought, well, I drank) to abandon three children." Then he again calls the children to the studio: "Guys, your mother." Unhappy children enter and freeze near their mother, who does not even try to caress them somehow. Guzeeva, having declared herself a good sorceress, capable of fulfilling any desire, invites the children to immediately go with their mother to Sevastopol: “What the hell is someone else's aunt? Will you go with your mom? " Children, completely confused, whisper: "And with dad." "Dad is not going anywhere, and there is sea, sand." “There are stones,” recalls one of the children. “I told you that I am a sorceress,I'll bring you a whole dump truck of sand,”the host continues to insist. The children are already almost crying, and she generously lets them run through the Ostankino corridors again, and together with the matchmaker Rosa Syabitova, she nails her mother to the pillory (“Anna, you are a cuckoo, no one forcibly put you in Fedor's bed”), and her father (“I see deep-set eyes, heavy drooping eyebrows, Fedor, you are socially dangerous”). From Fedor's timid reminder that he actually came here to woo, the presenter angrily dismisses it: "Today the fate of three children is being decided, and not how to arrange your sex life."No one forcibly put you in Fyodor's bed”), and his father (“I see deep-set eyes, heavy hanging eyebrows, Fyodor, you are socially dangerous”). The camera captures how, behind the scenes, the girls are trying to find out from their mother why she left them and their father, and the older boy is crying from the agony of the choice: he wants to go to Sevastopol to see his mother, but with his father.

The audience was promised to follow the development of the situation. But judging by the fact that it was a repeat and no notification of how this collision was resolved, no one followed, which was for the best. Children, already traumatized by family troubles, after such a broadcast, clearly received severe stress. The viewers on the other side of the screen should have experienced the same, if a significant majority of them did not lose the ability to sincere empathy from the regular repetition of such stories, perceiving them not as genuine human dramas, but as another show that tickles their nerves.
In the same week, in the repetition of the program "Male / Female", a cuckoo mother was also branded, who abandoned her children, whose son, a teenager, pasted over all the pillars of the city where she lives with photographs with the caption: “Such and such (last name, first name, patronymic) - a man without conscience. " And the host, Alexander Gordon, gloatingly announced: "You are a criminal mother, which means you must be punished." In the studio, behind the screen, bailiffs were already waiting, who had been invited to the studio in advance in order to forcibly deliver her to the department and sue her for the recovery of alimony. In front of the two shocked sons, who had previously emanated hatred for the mother who had abandoned them, she was taken out of the studio under her white arms, after which the experts rushed to urge the children to be generous and tolerant towards their biological mother.
How cynical and shamelessly TV uses children in its deeply immoral talk shows, I had to write more than once. And the ombudsman for the rights of the child in Moscow, Yevgeny Bunimovich, in the wake of these publications, even sent appeals to the Moscow prosecutor's office and Roskomnadzor. To which he received the expected answer: there were no signs of violation of Russian legislation in the content of the programs indicated in the publications. In addition, in accordance with Article 19 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Mass Media", the editorial board carries out its activities on the basis of professional independence and has the right to independently determine the topics of programs and select participants and invited guests.
