Lost age is the age from 50 to about 70 years old. And it is called "lost" because this time does not seem to exist in our life.

It does not exist for the simple reason that during this period we first try with all our strength to seem still young, and then with longing we recognize ourselves as old. And as a result, we simply delete a huge piece from our life, which in fact may be the best in our life.

Some people think that after 55 or 60 years, you can safely forget about the pleasure of life.

Nothing of the kind! The secret is simple

No need to try to live after 55 as at 30 or 40. Instead, you need to allow yourself to develop FURTHER.

We do not try to live at the age of 15 as at five or, say, at 30 as at 15. At 15 we do not play with dolls and toy soldiers, as at five. And at 30 we don't listen to the music that we admired at 15.

This does not mean, naturally, that we get less pleasure. This means that we enjoy ANOTHER.

I have heard many times from different people about a curious phenomenon. At about 50–55 years of age, many have the feeling that something has ended in life, and that something else, which should have begun at that moment, nevertheless has not begun. Simply put, there is a kind of interruption in life, a pause, which, sadly enough, can last a long time, a very long time, until death.

What can I say here?

It's all about goals, friends, it's all about goals! After 50, we standardly set ourselves the goal of living no worse than before. Look no worse than before, look no worse than before, work, earn no worse, rest no worse …

Is it any wonder that so many people feel sadly that after 50 their life seems to have stopped? How could it be otherwise if all we try to do is repeat ourselves?

Try to set yourself a different goal - to live BETTER than before. Get more pleasure out of life. More fun to have fun, more interesting to relax, look better, love stronger and brighter. Try it and you will immediately feel that meaning has reappeared in life.

What is impossible? Why not, actually?

While we think that after 50 years our personal development ends, while we desperately try to hold on to the past, live as before, we can forget about the buzz and joy.

The joy and pleasure of life after 55 appears when you let go of the past and allow yourself to continue to live, change, develop, become different, allowing yourself new hobbies, new friends, new things, new - others! - pleasure.

Even compared to the generation of our parents, we have added an additional 25 years of active life! Quarter of century!
