I can cite only some of them, I will immediately make a reservation that there are two versions of the origin of these structures - aliens and developed civilization (I adhere to the latter) - respectively, and the methods will belong to one or another version:

All that I have cited is far from isolated cases in these countries. And in India, and in Japan, and in Peru, these buildings are officially dated to the 12-15th century A. D. However, in all three countries, they coexist with rather primitive cut stones.
