According to the Iranian media, last Tuesday, on the territory of several cities in the province of Isfahan, many small fish fell from the sky during a rainstorm, the so-called fish rain passed - a mysterious natural phenomenon that still does not find a logical explanation.
There are no photos of the fallen fish on the net, but there is a video of the fish that fell on the road in the suburbs of the city of Golpayegan. Judging by the record, the fish is small, but of the same size and apparently belonging to the same species.
When there is a rain of fish somewhere, most often they write that it was a tornado that collected fish from the nearest body of water and carried it over some distance. But in Iran no tornadoes were seen that day.
Journalists suggested four versions of what happened. According to one of them, there was no fish rain, and all the fish fell out of the truck after the accident. True, no truck accidents were found on the road.
Another version suggested the presence of a small lake, which was flooded after a rainstorm and water with fish spilled over the area, including on the road. But experts have not yet figured out whether it was reported somewhere about the flooding of the territories after the downpour.
The third hypothesis is similar to the second, only this time the Ghebla River was blamed for the flood. But this version is the most implausible, since the river is far enough from the areas where the fish fell.
The fourth version is about the same tornado, but we repeat that nobody saw the tornado that day. In general, the phenomenon of fish rain remained unsolved this time.
