A number of US Navy pilots have recently spoken out about the unidentified flying objects they have observed while flying. Now another one has joined them.

In May of this year, The New York Times published an article in which American pilots told about UFOs that were observed in 2014-2015 over the southeastern coast of the United States. These strange objects moved at supersonic speed, leaving no traces behind them. One of the pilots said about UFOs that "they could have been there all day."

The Pentagon became interested in reports of unidentified objects in the sky, and decided to approach them with the utmost skepticism. To analyze the situation, scientists were involved, who proposed several versions that had nothing to do with aliens. The strange things the pilots saw could have been the result of nervous system overload, atmospheric effects, or imaging systems malfunctioning.

To clarify what was happening to the military and whether they really saw something strange, The War Zone asked Ryan Graves, one of those "UFO witnesses", to elaborate on the "contacts". Graves responded readily and agreed to publish his correspondence with journalists.

According to Graves, neither he and his companions paid too much attention to strange objects. “We had a serious workload, and when we observed some aerial phenomena, all we had to think about was how not to face them,” the pilot writes.

Ryan claims that the pilots saw strange phenomena both during flights through the Mediterranean Sea and during military operations in the Persian Gulf. However, in the latter case, it was almost impossible to identify anything: “there was too intense air traffic from all directions,” writes Graves. At the same time, the pilot notes: he saw more than enough strange signals on radars and incomprehensible phenomena in the sky, and he has no doubts: these were not hallucinations.

The US Department of Defense continues to analyze pilots' testimonies to dot the i's on the UFO issue. Perhaps after some time they will tell us about everything - or maybe everything is so strange that the conclusions will be classified.
