On the threshold of another world

1987, February - an ordinary cloudy day, cold and inhospitable. I'm in my office. In front of me is my client Jane. She is in a deep hypnotic trance. At some point, her slow, rhythmic breathing becomes faster. The body tenses, the face distorts horror. Jane cried out in panic:

- Not!

Trying to calm her down, I say in an even, restrained voice:

It's okay, Jane. Tell me what's going on. What do you see?

Dark. I'm in the tunnel. It's very crowded here. I find it hard to breathe. How can I get out of here ?!

She is crying. I've seen this same scene thousands of times while working with other clients. I wish this experience did not cause such painful experiences.

- Jane, look around. You must see the light. Head towards him. Do you see the light?

Promotional video:

There was a short pause.

- Yes, but I'm scared. I want to go back. Please let me come back.

Jane's sobs turn into desperate sobs. I try hard to convince her:

- You need to take the observer position. Remember, you are not participating, you are watching. You are safe. You just watch.

Listen to me, you are completely safe. Take an observer position.

Jane calms down a bit, but not for long. Suddenly she starts to choke.

- What's the matter with you, Jane? What's happening?!

- It takes me somewhere. I can not stop! The light is unbearably bright. I almost reached it, but it's very bright. I'm afraid! Why can't I go back ?!

She can't catch her breath. She's out of breath. But the most difficult part has not yet been passed, so I remind you:

- You are watching. You are just..

- Hands! They're pulling me! Someone else's hands are pulling … very tightly … Lord, I'm outside. The tunnel ended. Dazzling radiance around! I'm scared to open my eyes! I can not. I do not want! Again hands, there are many of them, they touch me. Very noisy. I'm cold. I am freezing! Who are these people? I don't want to be here. Please, I want to come back!..

She is very scared. You can't go on. Quickly and carefully, I wake Jane out of her trance and assure her that opening her eyes will make her feel much better. The session is over. Jane leaves my office and thanks me. Her voice still echoes the suffering she has experienced.

Left alone with my thoughts, I think again how to put an end to such torture. There has never been a case that the suffering experienced at a certain stage of the regression, went to the benefit of at least one of my clients. I do not enjoy doing regressive hypnotherapy for the sake of "sports interest." Resolved. I promise myself never to lead clients through the nightmare moment of their birth again. Don't believe your eyes? Do you think this is a typo? Not. I'll explain everything now. In all sessions of regressive hypnosis, terrible mental pain, fear and depression in my clients are caused by their birth in this life, and not death in the past. If you, like many others, are oppressed by thoughts of the inevitability of death, I will note that you already experienced much more unpleasant and traumatic sensations on the day you were born.

If you had heard the stories of thousands of my clients, as well as fellow researchers, about their experiences of near-death and death in past lives, it is unlikely that my personal experience would seem to you something exceptional. The fact is that absolutely everyone, including me, got acquainted with death, as it turned out, according to the same scenario. Surely this fact will not leave you indifferent, you will be curious to know the details. And of course, I'm not going to share my experience with you so that you want to repeat it "at home." You will simply find out what happens to a person at the time of death. I remember the whole process to the smallest detail, and therefore I bring to your attention not guesses and rumors, but first-hand information.

At the age of 42, when I lay unconscious after another operation, the following happened to me:

Suddenly I found myself in a tunnel. This tunnel arose from me, rather even from my non-material essence. He did not lead up to heaven, but at an angle of approximately 20 degrees, thereby refuting the theory that the Other Side is a distant paradise in transcendental heights. In fact, the Other Side is right here among us, just three feet from the ground. It's just that it is in a different dimension, with a higher vibration frequency than in our world.

Moving through the tunnel, I didn't just feel alive, I was actually alive. True, I did not feel my body. It died. I was light, free and happy. I was overwhelmed with a calm confidence that everything would be fine, and I was not disturbed by thoughts of problems and people because of whom I was worried before. The newfound awareness of the infinity of being helped me understand that I will definitely reunite with my dear loved ones and loved ones where there is no time.

Ahead appeared a white glow, full of the sacred splendor of eternal wisdom.

A familiar figure appeared in the huge opening that ended the tunnel. My dear, my beloved grandmother Ada met me. The opening was quite wide, and I noticed a green meadow, dotted with many flowers, behind my grandmother's back. The unique, fabulous beauty of this meadow amazed the imagination.

Obviously, I only experienced a near-death condition. This was confirmed by the following: Granny Ada and I simultaneously stretched out their hands to each other, but her gesture clearly meant: "Stop!" At the same moment, I heard the voice of my friend, who, standing at my hospital bed, begged from somewhere far away, "Sylvia, don't go, I need you so much." It felt like a wide, tight rubber band, cutting into my waist, was pulling me back. Another second and I would have touched my grandmother's hand, but an unknown force grabbed me and plunged me back into my heavy, clumsy, sick body.

To put it mildly, I was not happy about my return. I was disappointed and depressed.

Now, remembering what happened, I understand that I could not get into that tunnel right away. Some, leaving their body, hover around it, because they want to enjoy a new sensation of freedom and lightness, to see themselves from the outside and observe the “mortals” present in order to find out what they are talking about and doing. When you are near a dying person, you should not forget that after death he will, as in life, hear and see everything.

Believe me, when you pass to another world, leaving your body, you will not feel dead for a moment and will not lose consciousness. Even the tunnel will not seem unfamiliar to you. Remember, you have experienced this state many times, and each time you stayed alive. Moreover, you made the decision to go back and repeat the experience. Except for exceptional cases, which I will now tell about, all adults, regardless of origin, nationality, religion, invariably pass through the same tunnel to the sacred eternal light of the Lord.

I have done regressive hypnosis sessions for hundreds of children. It is easy and pleasant to work with them, because, even at a very early age, they are able to quickly move into their past lives and moments of death. I was very surprised to learn that almost all children, dying, go not through the tunnel, but along the bridge. I spoke with other researchers in regressive hypnosis and they confirmed this fact. Finally, I asked Francine (my spiritual mentor) why children leave this world differently than adults. The answer was quite simple: once in the tunnel, the child may not find his way, and on the bridge he will immediately understand where to go. Crossing the bridge is a calm, logical action. When children reach the Other Side, they understand how they got from point A to point B.

We have all heard skeptics' assertions many times, like the beautiful, comforting sight of deceased loved ones waiting for us at the exit of the tunnel, in another world - a simple hallucination caused by panic fear or the effects of drugs. Denying this, I am convinced that I am speaking on behalf of all those who have experienced death. Without a doubt, my late friend Shelley would have supported me. I was next to her in the last minutes of her life and saw how she left our world.

Once every six months, my son and I came to a hospital in Northern California to visit the sick. Once I saw Shelley there. Apparently, she had only a few hours to live. She then lost consciousness, then came to her senses. Her grief-stricken relatives stood at their deathbed. Suddenly Shelley, gathering her last strength, raised her arms, as if she was hugging someone, and with a smile said: "Ruth, you are here!"

The family exchanged sympathetic looks. Each shook his head sadly. I quietly asked the gentleman who was standing next to me to explain what was happening.

“Ruth is her sister,” he whispered. “She wanted to visit Shelley, but she got stuck in Colorado.

I turned to Chris.

- They don't know anything yet.

Less than an hour after Shelley's death, a call rang from Colorado. Her family was informed that Ruth had died unexpectedly the same day, several hours earlier. Thus, Shelley knew something that her family did not suspect: Ruth did not stay in any Colorado, she was completely safe on the Other Side in another world and was preparing to meet her sister Shelley.
