Climber Michael Libecki descended into the Azasskaya cave in the Kemerovo region, where he experienced something that made him believe in the existence of Bigfoot.

“I'm sure there was a yeti,” a member of the Discovery Channel crew admitted.

The Discovery channel recently showed a documentary film "Dyatlov Pass: The Yeti Hypothesis", which highlights the version that Bigfoot could kill a group of 9 tourists in 1959 on the Mountain of the Dead in the Northern Urals.

One of the episodes of the film is a visit to the Kemerovo region. First, Michael Liebecki arrived in Tashtagol, where he met with Yuri Kungashev, who discovered huge traces of an unknown creature in the snow near the country house.

The film also showed footage of a video filming made by Tashtagol.

“When he walked, there were remnants of wool in the snow,” says the daughter of Yuri Kungashev.

And then the climber, in order to "hunt down the beast", went down to the Azasskaya cave, known for having found Yeti's wool there. When Michael was in the tent with his partner, he heard strange sounds and climbed outside to see what was the matter.

He followed the noise into another branch of the tunnels and found a fresh Yeti bed. And after that I heard footsteps again, very close to myself, and hurried to hide in the tent. For the Briton, as he confessed, it remained a mystery why Bigfoot did not attack them.

The Discovery group completed the filming of a new project about the Yeti in the Shor National Park, it became known back in March this year. However, then the Russian press service of the TV channel refused to comment on the content of the film.
