In July, a similar monster caused trouble in the Boryspil region near Kiev. And now the monster keeps the village of Lanovetsky district of Ternopil region in fear.
The last incident took place in the village of Napadovka shortly before the New Year. In the household of the Kuzey family, the animal strangled 11 rabbits. “The night before, the grandson was walking out of the club and saw the animal crossing the road. He looked like a kangaroo. The grandson even turned white from fear,”said Olga Kuzey, a villager. Even the local authorities know about the tricks of the monster. But they are skeptical.
“I heard about the mass deaths of rabbits in the area,” said Pyotr Shul, head of the Barsukovskaya Rural Council in Lanovetsky District. - But most likely, this is the pranks of a ferret or hooliganism of people. We managed to find out that after the attacks, residents of Lanovtsy more than once turned to the local veterinary service for help.
- I myself personally went to several calls in Lanovtsy. Each time I saw two or three dozen strangled rabbits. The cells they lived in were either upside-down or open. And the metal rods are gnawed.
Traces of large teeth and claws were clearly visible on the cells, - said Alexander Minyaylo, chief specialist of the veterinary medicine department of the Lanovetsky district.
