On July 21, 2013, on a pasture near the agricultural town of Prudniki, workers at a dairy farm at a local agricultural enterprise killed an unknown animal that was attacking cows and calves. This was reported in the regional department for emergency situations. Rescuers said the animal attacked cows and calves, biting their legs.

The killed creature was taken and transported to the territory of the veterinary station by the chief veterinarian of the Dokshitsy region, Ales Soloviev. He said: “This animal is the smallest of the three of its kind that were seen near Prudniki. Two more escaped."

Oleg Soloviev finds it difficult to name the type of animal. He says that hunters are arguing about who it could be. Denis Pavlovich, a hunter of the Dokshitsa regional organizational structure of the Belarusian Society of Hunters and Fishers, suggested that this is a mutant of some kind. “I saw the corpse of this animal on the territory of the veterinary station. It's hard to say who it could be. A mutant of some kind, I think. For me it looks so much like a hyena. Something about him is a fox, something from a raccoon, something from a dog."

The chief veterinarian of the Dokshitsy region, Oleg Soloviev, sees no sensation in this case and is going to simply burn the animal's corpse.

The corpse of the mutant was burned, and who it was was not recognized

Unfortunately, the "mutant hyena" never revealed its secret. As it became known to the correspondent of "NN", the corpse of an animal that attacked cows in the Dokshitsy region has already been burned.

“This corpse is already three days old. Therefore, it was disposed of, - said the sad news, deputy chief physician of the Dokshitsa regional veterinary station, Viktor Sakovich.

The most interesting thing is that the biological species to which the killed monster belongs has not been found out. Sakovich admitted that "he sees nothing surprising in what happened." However, there is still a chance to find out whether the corpse of a hyena belonged to a sick dog, an unusual mestizo or a mystical chupacabra. Sakovich said that the creature delivered to the veterinary station "was something like a puppy."

“And several adults are alive and have fled into the forest,” said the veterinarian.
