Today, in the unprecedented clash of the intensified Forces of Light with the dark forces that desperately defend their centuries-old power, each Awakened is a blow to their existence.
People who have discovered their Divinity shine themselves, and illuminate the collective consciousness, and lead many of those who are truly striving for spiritual growth. And these are not updated concepts, not the development of para-abilities, not the use of psychological techniques and not daily meditations. This movement inwardly, which is called self-exploration, when, in the process of recognizing falsities and liberating from them, we become conscious of ourselves and move to a new frequency, the one on which I Am, I Exist, I am Presence vibrates in the eternal now.
Change in the vector of energy movement.
A person living in the space of personality, apart from special infrequent take-offs, is within the vibrations of the physical, etheric, emotional, mental and causal body. Cut off from his Higher aspects, and therefore closed on himself and separated from the Whole, he perceives the World as incomprehensible, and therefore concealing a threat, and all those around him are strangers, “others”. He lives in fears, in the grip of an uncontrolled ego-mind, in the images of a false “I”, and his attention, that is, energy, is entirely directed OUTSIDE, to the outer World. In him, fearing not to find a social niche that would allow him to satisfy his desires, he seeks to achieve and conquer. And having achieved, he is afraid to lose.
Hence - the insatiable thirst to have, to take and receive. And when such a low-frequency energy is sent into space, and then multiplied and amplified, according to the Boomerang Law, it returns INSIDE, in the energy field of a person, this predetermines his problems, unsteadiness of success and fragility of happiness. And neither affirmations nor an effort to think positively will help here.
Therefore, it is no coincidence that the first step on the spiritual path is to restructure attention into its depth, into the spiritual center. This changes the vector of energy movement, turns it to the Essence, and It is activated. It doesn't just center and harmonize our entire system. When the energy directed INSIDE touches the Divine Spark of Light, the veil covering It becomes thinner, and everything around is already perceived more broadly and holistically. And when such energy is directed OUTSIDE, into the World, the need arises not only to take, but also to give. And sincerely, expecting nothing in return. And since this approach is incompatible with the self, consciousness is affected, and this becomes the basis for fundamental changes.
They begin with an arisen need to explore how the ego-mind usurps power through identification. How the fears it generates make us closed and separated, impose destructive beliefs, manipulate behavior into extremes.
It takes genuine honesty and considerable courage to admit that when we meet with an incomprehensible new, which the mind cannot explain with our knowledge and experience, we in fear fenced ourselves off from it, reject it, declare it absurd and prove our case with stubborn categoricality. As the mind does not tolerate equality, and we build relationships either in superiority, or with a feeling of inferiority, voluntarily surrendering ourselves to the power of authorities. How, being afraid of debunking the inconsistency of our mind, we depend on the opinions of others, and, wanting to please (and this is a lack of self-love due to ignorance of our Real self), we change masks and adjust to people and circumstances.

Is this a true answer to what makes us lie, hypocrite, manipulate, calling it rationality and flexibility? Why, while cowardly protecting our self-esteem, do we justify ourselves, blame others, or assert ourselves by humiliating someone? Where does categoricalness and harshness come from, or, conversely, resourcefulness and cunning? Why do we insist on judgments and opinions given out by the mind, knowing that they obscure the essence that the mind cannot interpret? And in all this it is important to see total absorption in oneself: the desire to declare one's “I” in any way.
These are all just small tips on what to look out for. But in order not to allow the mind-ego to direct its life and return it to its original functions, it is necessary to notice how it reproduces itself in all social roles, in every image of the “I”. And since at the level of the mind itself it is unrealizable: we instantly identify with any of its manifestations, and awareness becomes impossible, we have to rise to the frequency "above the mind." This happens when attention is not just within oneself, but at the point of Spirit, in the I Am, from where everything is tracked and realized. And at the same time, one should not forget the commandment of the wise: “what can be observed is not us”.
This is how we find ourselves in the space of consciousness. From here it is clear which “I” has reacted this way now (can the I-Spirit have any reactions ?!). How "I" was frightened or offended (the Present I knows neither fears nor negative emotions). What I am / I am talking on the phone / doing it / meditating. From here, problems are investigated, answers to questions are found, for example, what does I / I mean by spiritual growth …
Everything here comes down to vigilant reflection, where my attention is now, and what I / I am active at the moment. The true is always quiet and calm. There is no one in it who would demonstrate himself, prove something to someone, assert, evaluate something, or loudly admire. In thoughtlessness, It observes and realizes, senses and feels, testifies distantly, sees how everyone is at their point of development, and provides help when asked, and if someone really needs it.
Redirection of attention, immersion in Infinity and spiritual maturity. Redirecting attention is a long-term process: our entire multilevel system must be rebuilt, and this is not facilitated by the power of the habitual, behind which is the ego-mind with its fear for its survival. Therefore, unswerving vigilance is required here. And this clearly reveals how strong the aspiration to the Spirit is, and whether we are ready to overcome obstacles, the main of which is the subconscious fear of death. Veiled and multifaceted, he hides in complexes, in all negative emotions, in every image of himself. And if we treat them as an opportunity to see the masks of the false “I”, so that, dissolving them, Wake up, we plunge into the Source, into Infinity.
This is where courage is needed, since the mind is afraid of it, does not understand it and perceives it as a frightening Emptiness. And in it the True Self slumbers, and in order to meet Him, here everything is given to God that we hold on to, but what we are not. Personal history, social status, achievements, excellent qualities and abilities for which we value ourselves are not I. Rich experience, high skill, extensive knowledge for which we respect ourselves are not I. What we know ourselves as (caring mother / (not) faithful spouse / sick, seasoned / talented poet, businessman, seminar leader / clairvoyant / channeler / - not I. A bad / good / tolerant attitude towards anything is not I …
We find ourselves in absolute Silence and in Infinity, and in order to completely dissolve in it, genuine maturity is needed: we become an incomprehensible Nick, and there is nothing to identify ourselves with. Everything is released, because even the slightest hint of "I am like this", which means that I must correspond to this, will not allow me to become "no" - free, unconditioned consciousness that is in the present moment, from which spontaneous manifestation of oneself by "everyone" and "everyone."
Dissolving in Space, we become It. Now everything enters into this infinite Self, and there is no more separation and there are no "others." Light, transparent, free from clues and ideas, this new, pure consciousness is the Renaissance - a return to your Nature.
Two aspects of consciousness
The path to such a consciousness lies through the union of its two hypostases - active and passive. “Consciousness contains … static and dynamic aspects, and in reality they always go together. In appearance, everything seems to be only dynamic or only static. In fact, they are inseparable”(Sri Aurobindo“Integral Yoga”). How can one sense these opposites at the same time?
A person, not knowing his True Self, is used to completely concentrating attention, that is, energy, on what he is doing, and this leads him to false confidence in his authorship. If attention, changing the vector of movement, is directed to the point I Am, it is only partially given to actions and is maximally directed to the Source of attention - the self-conscious passive Spirit. Then there is no longer the one who walks, speaks, does, but there is walking, speaking, doing. As a process.
And if the sensitivity is high and the Soul is open, through It it is possible to grasp how this unchanging, immovable, superintelligent SOURCE impulsively directs all active processes - DYNAMIC ACTIONS, and AT THE SAME TIME STATICALLY REALIZES how the body-mind performs them. And in such a passive awareness of active actions everything just being done. Easily, efficiently, with Love, without falling to the level of personality interests - to do something for the sake of something. And in this there is no “I” who considers himself an agent.
The source is the infinite True Self, where without any ideas about ourselves and what is happening, we see everything with our own consciousness. Then it is not the physical eyes that look at the World, but the World / Consciousness / God looks at us. Atman merges with Brahman and we become Love and Awareness. Life itself. And there is no need to enter into resonance with Her: we are Her. It flows through us, and every moment, revealing its wealth, is experienced by the Heart.
