According to modern architects, it is quite possible that many kilometers of towers will become part of the megacities of the future. One such project by Arconic, a New York-based company known for its futuristic concepts, involves the construction of a 4.8 km high tower by 2062 using 3D printing.

Some of the materials from which the tower should be built are under development, and some are already on sale. As conceived by the architects, the high-rise building will absorb polluted air due to special surfaces. It will also be equipped with retractable balconies.

The skyscraper windows will be made using Bloomframe technology. Thanks to her, they will be able to transform into a balcony in just a minute. The technology has already been worked out and has already been presented at several exhibitions.

One of Arconic's projects, Ecoclean, is supposed to use a special coating that provides self-cleaning and purification of the ambient air.
