How to do this, knows Professor Sergei Savelyev, Doctor of Biological Sciences, head of the laboratory for the development of the nervous system of the Research Institute of Human Morphology, Russian Academy of Medical Sciences. He developed a unique technique for identifying abilities in the structures of the brain.
Sergey Vyacheslavovich, you say that it is impossible to develop abilities?
SS: - Gifted people differ from ordinary people in the structure of the brain. And this is the worst thing we get from our parents. We can only use the already existing features of the brain. If one person has 2.5 times more control centers for the speech apparatus in the brain than another, then he has a higher chance of becoming a good orator. And in the absence of pronounced structures in the brain responsible for the subtle coordinated movements of the hands, eyes, head, one can hardly expect outstanding abilities as an artist, jeweler or a pickpocket thief. In order for a person to be a genius, the chain of abilities must drop out immediately, in full. This is a huge rarity.
Is it possible at the stage of conception to influence the child's abilities?
SS: - Nothing can be changed. Until. And parents who are especially zealous in this regard can even harm. Having convinced themselves of the presence of certain invented outstanding abilities in children, they are driven into all kinds of circles, forced to saw on the violin. Not because they are loved, but because they solve their problem of headship, trying to grow a genius. And they bother children to the point that they start to feel sick from these "pianists". It is impossible to develop abilities in the absence of specialized areas in the brain. You can only make some progress in any skill if you mobilize brain centers dedicated to other tasks. But this will require grueling self-violence, colossal efforts.
How then to educate?
SS: - It is unobtrusive to offer various options for creativity. Because if the brain is structurally predisposed to some form of activity, then it will gladly do it. In the future, having accumulated statistics on which brain is better adapted for what, it will be possible with the help of tomographs (they should be about 10 times more powerful than modern ones, and such devices are already on the verge of being created) to assess the structure of the brain and find suitable activities for different people. And then everyone will receive heavenly pleasure from what they are doing. Moreover, it is possible to immediately determine the profession by the similarity of the brain structures, to select harmonious married couples.

SS: - There are more chances, but not much. The likelihood of the appearance of a genius both in the remote taiga and among the oligarchs is approximately equal. Since 350 structures are involved in the formation of the brain, the birth of geniuses is a probability, not a pattern.

SS: - It is useless to look for geniuses among politicians and government officials. And this is clearly proved by the example of V. Lenin: the brain of the leader of the world proletariat, which was studied by Soviet scientists, had the most trivial structure and was close to the brain of the great apes. The behavior of politicians is based on the principle of dominance, that is, the desire to become the main one, as in a herd of baboons. They completely subordinate their entire existence to him, their entire brain.
But so can not everyone?
S. S.: - No. Due to long social evolution, the human brain has adapted to follow social rules of behavior, which makes it extremely difficult to achieve dominance. And if you are unprincipled, immoral, shameless, then you are a potential politician. SS: - And they proved the opposite. The communists, having come to power as materialists, concluded: there is no soul, there is no God, which means that the main thing is hidden in the brain. The Institute of the Brain was created in Moscow under the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks. The idea was to create a pantheon of the brains of great people (similar to the ancient temple of the gods) in the giant head of the statue of V. I. Lenin on the roof of the Palace of Soviets. Investigated geniuses, criminals, inhabitants of different racial and ethnic groups.
But it turned out that the difference in the brain in different people is more significant than even in animals of different species. It is impossible to change the structure of the brain. That is, the communists themselves proved that it is unrealistic to build an ideal human society for biological reasons. And, since the very idea of social equality, invented by the utopians Marx and Engels, was given a big cross, all research was stopped by 1940, the data was classified and then almost all information was destroyed. This decided the fate of our country.

SS: - To start serious research in this area. If you hurry, then in 3-4 years no America will catch up with us. The technology for identifying geniuses by assessing brain structures is published. All that remains is to invest in its development and practical application. Anyone who can do this will be able to control the world. Because the selection of geniuses presupposes the management of non-geniuses: do what you want, no one will fully understand what is happening. One brilliant economist can do more harm to any economy than the most destructive and bloody war. I think that the Europeans and Americans will quietly start such work not today tomorrow, if they have not already begun. If we don't hurry up, no one will even notice how we will be conquered.
