With the help of clinical studies, it has been proven that with qigong therapy, functional changes occur in the endocrine system, because when practicing qigong, people receive qi from heaven and earth, from the nature surrounding them. And Qi energy ensures a normal supply of blood to all organs, affects the nervous and endocrine systems. They say that this gymnastics was brought back to the Soviet Union by one power engineer, who brought a great benefit to the monastery of Tibetan monks - electricity. And the monks, as a token of gratitude, introduced him to the miraculous Tibetan hormonal gymnastics. In the Soviet Union, this Taoist practice was called "Hormonal gymnastics of Tibetan monks."

Since then, this person has been practicing this gymnastics daily, because it takes only five minutes to complete nine simple exercises. This gymnastics consists of nine exercises that must be performed while lying in bed. It is only desirable that the bed is firm enough.

Before performing the exercises, it is necessary to diagnose your own biofield. This is done as follows.

Biofield diagnostics

Within 5-10 sec. rub your palms together. If during this time they become hot, then everything is in order with the biofield. If the palms become warm, but do not warm up to a hot state in any way, then your biofield is halved. Exercise 1

After diagnostics, put your warm palms on your eyes and perform light springy pressure on the eyeballs 30 times at a speed of one pressure per second.

If you have poor vision, then after thirty presses, leave your palms pressed to your eyes for another 30-60 seconds. This exercise will gradually help restore vision by improving the energy supply to the eyes.

Exercise 2

Place your palms on your ears and perform 30 springy presses without lifting your palms from your ears. 30 movements in 30 sec.

Exercise # 3

Grasp your ears with your thumb behind your ear and four bent fingers on the front of your ear. Perform counter movements along the lower jaw from ear to chin and back to ear 30 times.

This exercise will help heal the entire ear-pharyngeal lymphatic ring, middle ear, and inner ear.

Exercise 4

Place your right hand on your forehead and your left hand on top of your right. Perform 30 rubbing movements from the right temple to the left and back. This exercise clears the air passages and has a positive effect on the pituitary gland.

Exercise 5

Hands folded in the same way as in the previous exercise, raise above your head at a level of 3-4 cm and perform 30 straight movements from the forehead to the crown and back.

Exercise 6

The starting position of the hands is the same as in the previous one. Perform 30 overhead movements from the right ear to the left and back.

These two exercises will help bring blood pressure back to normal for both hypertensive and hypotensive patients, as well as improve the health of the shoulder joints and fight cellulite on the inner surface of the shoulders.

Exercise 7

Place the palm of your right hand over the thyroid area, and your left palm over your right. Perform 30 movements with your left hand from the thyroid gland to the navel and back. After the thirtieth movement, lower both hands from the neck to the stomach.

Exercise 8

The position of the hands is the same. Perform 30 clockwise abdominal rubbing movements.

This exercise will help improve the health of the internal organs of the abdominal cavity, get rid of constipation.

Exercise 9

Lying on your back, lift your arms and legs up. First, perform 30 circular, and then 30 flexion-extension movements with the hands and feet at the same time. And finally, do small shaking movements with your arms and legs for 30 counts.

This exercise has a beneficial effect on the vessels, especially the capillaries, arms and legs.

After completing 9 exercises, sit in a comfortable position for you and rub your feet, then gently stretch your fingers, stroke the upper surface of your feet. Then perform light stroking movements on the inner and outer lateral surfaces of the right leg, then the left. Rub the knee joints with light circular motions, make several stroking movements along the thighs from the outside to the inside. These final movements will help improve the health of the lymphatic system. If your feet are dry, use an oil of some sort, preferably olive oil, to exercise.

It takes 5-6 minutes to complete these exercises, and as a result of their daily practice, the functioning of the endocrine glands normalizes, and a person gains vigor, energy, a sense of joy and harmony, because a well-functioning endocrine system conditions him a favorable energy state.
