A puppy with a nose anomaly was born in Argentina. Its elongated nose is detached from the muzzle and looks more like the proboscis of a tapir. And in its general appearance, the puppy resembles the elf Dobby from the Harry Potter films.

The owner of the dog, 35-year-old Eduardo Landin from the Argentine city of Banda, was shocked when he discovered a puppy with a non-standard appearance among his dog's newborn offspring. At first, he even decided that the puppy was born dead, but he began to move and whine.

According to Landin, the puppy found it difficult to suckle milk and had to help him. Rumors about a puppy with an elongated nose spread quickly and more and more people began to come to see him. One of the children said that the puppy looks like the elf Dobby from Harry Potter. Soon, this is what they began to call him in all the media.

Eduardo, meanwhile, decided to find out what caused the deformity and brought the puppy to the veterinary clinic. There the animal was examined by veterinarians, but found it difficult to make a diagnosis. However, they said that most likely with such an anomaly, he would die in the next 15 days. And if not, then the owner must bring it back to them for inspection.

“The mother did not reject him,” says Andrea Rico, who helps take care of the puppy, “but he has great difficulties with sucking milk, his nose interferes with him and he has to help feed all the time.

Local newspaper reporters are confident that pesticides used in agricultural fields in the area were the cause of the deformity, but admit that they have never seen anything like this in animals before.
