Since the first flight of Yuri Gagarin, more than 430 people have visited space. The longest space flight of the 20th century was made by the Russian Valery Polyakov, who worked in orbit for 437 days, and in the next flight added another 240 to them!
It is difficult to imagine what a huge amount of information these heroes obtained in near-earth space! But recently, in the field of view of inquisitive people, reservations of some of our celestials about the extremely strange impressions and sensations they experienced in flight began to fall.
Since the scientists did not find an explanation for this, the mighty of this world considered it good to advise the astronauts to keep quiet about them. And yet, some of the forbidden got to the pages of newspapers and magazines.
NO ONE PRESENTED THESE PHENOMENA
There is a record in the logbook of Alexander Ivanchenkov, who flew with Vladimir Kovalenok from June 15 to November 2, 1978: “A crimson flame raged on the night horizon of the planet. Huge columns of radiance burst into the skies and melted in it, shimmering with all the colors of the rainbow. One of the powerful “pillars” of silvery-yellow color felt as if it was a few meters from the station “Salyut-6” and went, as it were, into infinity”.
Kovalyonok and Ivanchenkov saw for the first time a radiance … of a crimson color! “How the glow was blazing,” Ivanchenkov said in the communication session. From the Earth they answered: "We have the same color music from this radiance on the magnetic tapes!" Cosmonaut Georgy Mikhailovich Grechko could not hide his admiration for what he saw: “As if the beams of thousands of searchlights were beating upward. The color of the "searchlights" near the Earth was green, and streams of red reach us. And we crossed them for about ten minutes …"

EFFECT OF INCREASING SURFACE OBJECTS
He was first noted by the American astronaut Gordon Cooper, who said that, flying over Tibet, he saw houses and other buildings with the naked eye, although it would seem that from a distance of 300 kilometers such objects are completely indistinguishable!
But here is the testimony of cosmonaut Vitaly Ivanovich Sevastyanov: “Finally, today I saw Sochi. I clearly saw the port and our little two-story house in which I grew up. This effect was confirmed by Yuri Glazkov: “We are flying over Brazil, suddenly I see a narrow strip of the highway! And a bus rushes along it, it seems even blue”.

“Sometimes a look from space reveals something amazing,” said Georgy Mikhailovich. - For example, we are flying over Mongolia and suddenly we see an image of … a man! Its size is one hundred or even two hundred kilometers! The head, greatcoat, legs are clearly visible. Yuri Romanenko and I, with whom we flew at that time, called him "Bigfoot" because it was the snow that created this giant."
MIRACLES IN THE OCEAN
A noisy sensation in the press was caused by reports of observations by the American crew of the Skylab space station of a low water level in the area of the famous Bermuda Triangle. This fact is confirmed by the entry in the logbook of Vladimir Kovalenok:
“There is no doubt about the different levels of water in the ocean. The phenomenon is rare, but obvious."
The astronaut managed to see “domes” - ring rises of water with a diameter of 200-300 kilometers, as well as a high water wall near Australia, up to a hundred kilometers long! A similar picture was described by Valery Ryumin: “In the Indian Ocean, Vladimir Lyakhov and I (they flew on the Salyut-6 orbital station) saw the swelling of water - as if two huge ramparts had come together in a fight!”
Moreover, the cosmonauts saw below … a section of the underwater ridge! There was indeed a mountain range in this area, but at a depth of hundreds of meters! Underwater ridges were also seen (contrary to the laws of optics) by astronauts P. Klimuk and V. Sevastyanov in the Atlantic and V. Kovalenok and A. Ivanchenkov in the Pacific Ocean.
MYSTERIOUS VOICES AND SOUNDS
Cosmonaut Vladislav Volkov (died on his return from orbit on June 30, 1971, together with G. Dobrovolsky and V. Patsaev) spoke very poetically about these phenomena: “The earthly night was flying below. And suddenly from that night came … the barking of a dog! It seemed to me that this is the voice of our Laika (who died in orbit). And then the crying of a child became distinctly audible! And some voices. It is impossible to explain all this. Feel, yes!"
According to the recollections of the head of the ensemble of electric musical instruments Vyacheslav Meshcherin, Yuri Gagarin, after listening to the ensemble's concert, said that when he was in orbit, very similar music sounded in his ears … Later this impression was confirmed by the pilot-cosmonaut Alexei Leonov.
Many people demand to stop testing candidates for astronauts in a soundproof chamber (isolation chamber). After 30 hours of isolation, one of the subjects "saw" a TV floating in the air, and among the control panel devices - some faces. Another thought that the dashboard began to "melt and drip on the floor." Pictures are not for the faint of heart. You can fight these feelings by listening to music …
SUPERNATURAL
It is difficult to define in another word the visions and sensations that visit astronauts that are radically different from those mentioned above. It is no longer possible to explain these phenomena by hallucinations arising from a lack of external stimuli (as in a isolation chamber). For this reason, the strange testimonies of the celestials were hushed up for many years.
For the first time, this phenomenon was reported at the International Institute of Space Anthropoecology in 1995 by test cosmonaut Sergei Krichevsky. It turns out that more than one cosmonaut experienced amazing sensations in flight: he unexpectedly left his usual human image and literally turned into some kind of animal!
Moreover, he seemed to be connected to some information source and received warnings from him about impending emergency situations! In the future, the astronaut continued to feel himself transformed or reincarnated into a more terrible creature.
For example, one colleague told Krichevsky about being in the form of … a dinosaur! Moreover, he felt like he was walking on some planet, overcoming ravines and abysses. The astronaut described "his" paws, scales, webbing between the fingers, huge claws … With the skin of his back, he felt the horn plates rise on the ridge. About the piercing cry that escaped from the mouth, I could say: "It was my cry." It happened that a person turned into another person and could turn out to be an alien.
One of our cosmonauts reportedly recorded various mysterious visions in his diary during the flight. A unique document! But he categorically refused to publish it for fear of damaging his career.
Meanwhile, the need to study “fantastic dream-states,” as test cosmonaut Sergei Krichevsky suggests to call these subtle phenomena, is more than obvious.
The results of such research will not only help the safety of space flights, but also, possibly, will slightly open the veil over the most intimate secrets of nature.
