Many people believe that the authorities are not telling us the whole truth about the existence of aliens and civilizations outside the Earth. It is rather silly to believe that out of the billions of planets in the Universe, there are no planets on which an intelligent civilization can exist, and I believe that there are a lot of such civilizations in the boundless Universe.
So why didn't we meet the aliens officially?
It is clear that if such civilizations exist, then their level of development can overtake earthly technologies for hundreds or thousands of years, and it is likely that aliens are able to travel in space over great distances. Where do the photos and videos of UFOs in the form of flying saucers, triangular and cigar-shaped UFOs come from? If you refer to the fact that this is a fake and a hoax, then it will not sound very believable.
The fact is that the military often declassifies old documents in which famous people and a large number of the military spoke about the meeting with UFOs. But what about the stories of astronauts who believe in extraterrestrial civilizations and say that they saw spaceships with their own eyes? So if there is so much evidence about the possibility of the existence of extraterrestrial civilizations, then why do the authorities and special services deny intelligent life outside the Earth?
If the officials of the countries confirm the existence of intelligent civilizations on other planets, then this will create a huge public outcry and distrust of a large number of people to politicians. It turns out that the authorities and special services have long known that extraterrestrial civilizations exist, but denied it.
In addition, such a recognition can cause panic throughout the planet, and this is fraught with serious consequences for the entire Earth. Personally, I think that a fairly wide circle of people knows about aliens, but prefers to be silent or joke in the direction of those people who admit such a possibility. They accuse such people of heresy while they themselves can collaborate with aliens or conduct experiments on them.
