The case, when only one shell destroyed three units of German military equipment at once, occurred at the Kursk Bulge. Our wars fired a shot from a 76-mm cannon, the target of which was the Borgward, a mine transporter wedge used to clear mines and detonate pillboxes. However, this tankette was on a German carrier tank at that time.
A large number of explosives inside the tankette detonated, causing a chain reaction in the form of an explosion of the tank's combat gear. Caught up in an explosion hurricane, parts of combat vehicles flew into the air and fell on the Ferdinand artillery mount, destroying it as well.
Another unusual incident took place at the beginning of the war. The Klim Voroshilov tank, which started the offensive, or otherwise the KV-1, suddenly stalled right in the middle of the road not far from the German positions. The car at that time was new, the mechanics were new to the device of the iron giant. Not being able to set the car in motion, the crew decided not to give up and fight. They opened fire on enemy positions. But the ammunition soon ran out.
The tankers were trapped. The Germans, realizing that the Soviet fighters had nowhere else to go, offered to surrender, to which our heroes refused. Then the soldiers of the Wehrmacht approached the tank and began to carefully study the novelty of military equipment. Nobody tried to open the hatch, and it was stupid to destroy such a beautiful example of Russian technology. The invaders decided to transport the tank to the position. Fixing it with ropes behind two T-2s, they began to move. However, something happened that no one even expected - thanks to the movement, the tank started up.
The mechanic, realizing that they were on the move again, turned on the reverse gear and pressed the gas. The KV-1 began to move, dragging two 9-ton "fly" behind it to the Soviet positions.
The crew of German equipment had to flee.
So, from a victim, the car and its crew turned into attackers and received valuable trophies.
The next case occurred during the Novorossiysk-Maykop operation in the cold winter of 1943. Nikolai Averkin's plane was shot down, and he had to land the car on the waves of the Black Sea. Since the flight unit in which Averkin served had nothing to do with naval aviation, there were no means of dealing with either waves or cold sea winds on board.

The pilot felt the icy coldness of the water and was already ready to say goodbye to life when he saw a submarine begin to rise from the water not far from him.
Of course, the boat could be German, but what was the joy of the soldier when he heard Russian speech. "Stop swimming, come here!" he heard and saw a lifebuoy. Within minutes, he was already on board the submarine.
This incident is truly amazing, since at that time the boats did not surface during the day. Averkin was extremely lucky that the submarine had to make an emergency lift, and even in the same place where the pilot's plane fell.
An amazing incident also happened to the soldier Dmitry Palchikov. During the Battle of Moscow, he was driving his Studebaker and ran into a mine. In the back of the truck sat the soldiers on their way to the front line, and on the trailer were heavy weapons.
After the explosion, the car was blown to shreds, no one was left alive. The cabin in which Fingers was sitting was torn off completely and thrown aside. As a result, the Soviet soldier received only light scratches.
However, another test awaited him. It was a bitter cold, and the soldiers were not allowed to leave the remains of the equipment until the arrival of the maintenance service. For two and a half weeks he was on duty near the wrecked truck. He burned a fire and slept in fits and starts. He ate what were given by passing Soviet soldiers.
Despite everything, Palchikov not only survived, he did not even catch a cold. In this case, they usually say that Savior is the Guardian Angel.
The war has separated many people. People were scattered over a vast area far from their families. The likelihood of finding loved ones was very low.
The relatives of the soldiers who remained in the rear wanted to somehow support their loved ones, albeit not directly, and often parcels arrived at the front without a name, which simply indicated: "To the most courageous soldier."
Such a package appeared in one of the artillery regiments in 1944. After some consultation, the soldiers decided to hand it over to Grigory Turyanchik, who rightfully deserved the title of “the most courageous”.
His relatives were evacuated while Turyanchik was in the hospital with an injury. After that, he did not hear anything about his family. Opening the package, he saw a letter. Having printed it out, he read it and at the very end he saw: “Dear soldier, have you met my husband Grigory Turyanchik on the front line? With deep respect, his wife, Elena."
