For many centuries, our Earth has been monitored by other civilizations. They do not fundamentally interfere in our affairs, but their presence is obvious and proved by many facts, both their appearance in the form of flying objects and numerous contacts. How do they fly at such speeds? Only by transforming the energy of space that is present everywhere. Their devices have a field that balances them with the Earth, like two magnets facing the same poles to each other. Applying the necessary power fields to different parts of their flying vehicles, they shift it in space in the right direction and either approach or repel the field of our planet, both vertically and horizontally.
As a result of studying numerous cases of UFO interaction with the environment and analyzing the results of direct measurements of their energy parameters, it was established that a UFO, which is in flight or hovering above the earth's surface, is a point source of electromagnetic energy. It radiates generally over the sphere. Radiation parameters: frequency 1000-3000 MHz, pulse width 2 μs, pulse repetition frequency 2-600 Hz, radiation power 1.5 MW, in acceleration mode 1.8 MW. According to some sources, there are more than five million materials about the unidentified, and for more than fifty years, there are clear contradictions between our knowledge and the abundant material on UFO sightings. These devices are based on technology that does not exist in earthly nature. They are capable of not only instantly changing the speed and angle of attack, but also slowly changing the property of matter to move in time, changing the physical structure of their starships. But this means only one thing, our ideological concepts are fundamentally wrong. And the fact that our science "missed" a number of physical phenomena,on which the mechanism of "flying saucers" is based (mathematically, they tried to combine electromagnetism with one of the nuclear forces, the so-called weak interaction, but such a combination is still just another attempt).
Let the mechanism of the emergence of electrons and neutrinos from nuclei (in which they were not detected according to preliminary analysis) is not fully disclosed. Let there still be a lot of nuclear mysteries - the turn will come to them, the other essence is not defined, that all interactions in space occur between three quantities. In principle, if it was necessary to create a unified concept in quantum physics, then it would have to determine the existing identity or, better to say, the ability to transition between matter, energy and fields. After all, these structures form all the studied phenomena, including the particles determined by quantum physics.
The question is global: how to choose a key (mechanism, if you like) capable of changing the listed values and affecting their proportions? Only such a formulation of the question is able to more fully reveal the patterns we have already studied and determine the very possibilities that we have at our disposal. Of course, we are not gods to physically transform, for example, a material object (with predetermined forms) by introducing and changing its structure. This is not necessary, but if there are differences in the behavior of particles in the studied microcosm and they are determined by the proportions of energy and fields, then reincarnation is also possible in the world of "our proportions". It is enough to change the energy and fields over the material object so that (a conventional macro particle - a material object) begins to possess properties similar to neutrinos, for example (or another virtual particle).
The time has come to transfer the experience gained over decades to our world, the world of real values.
Are we able to manipulate such powerful quantities over a wide enough range to get the results we want? So far, they are clearly not capable. But I have no doubt a solution exists.
Another aspect: there are frequent cases when UFOs are recharged at substations and high-voltage transmission lines. I think this is due to the fact that the space near the Earth's surface is a depleted structure that does not have an excess of particles carrying a high energy potential. And this is due, first of all, to the fact that
the Earth's magnetic field largely absorbs energy to replenish the images of the lost energy (after all, the space changed by the lines of force of the fields constantly requires the type of energy that was lost). That is why we need to anticipate this fact.
Rare contact with civilizations that have significantly overtaken us in technological development, causes bitterness, regret, and endless questions that are not easy to answer, because the path that other civilizations have traveled is still unknown to us. However, the existing differences in the types of aliens convinces that each of the civilizations went in its development separately. Yes, they achieved the same or similar results, but they probably used them in different ways. Each type of aliens probably showed some kind of distinctive feature. This means that there must be structural differences in their technical means, as well as the methods of creating "flying saucers". And the differences are primarily due to the possibilities that the habitat presents to them, it should be reflected not only on the configurations of UFOs, the materials from which they are made,but also in the design features of the engine units, with the help of which a similar effect occurs. And there are such differences! A lot of them.

First, the properties and behavior of UFOs cannot indicate any new categories, let alone qualitative ones. There are simply unexplained facts, and this is connected not so much with the level of knowledge, but with our worldview concepts imposed on us by relativistic physics.
And yet, in all the numerous information about UFOs, conclusions about the principles of the device of UFOs or the technology of their creation are very rare, and they usually come down to a retelling of generally known information borrowed from open UFO literature. I also admit that disinformation exists and is being created that can direct readers along a deliberately false path, in order to create a confusion of facts and events with such messages, thus moose the idea that this problem can never be solved. It is for this reason that it is better to use older sources that flashed in the press decades ago. Based on such evidence, it is possible with reliable consistency to create not only an image of the internal structure of a "flying saucer", but also to understand the principle by which they move. You can even identify several more approaches to the occurrence of the levitation effect. The principles are just everywhere similar, but different sources are used for the primary pumping of rotating disks (or spheres, the surfaces of the UFOs themselves) - these are laser radiation and nuclear decay. The second case is more severe, but, apparently, they solved the problem of how to protect themselves from radiation. It is possible that this type of alien has long been accustomed to irradiation.
Many of us have yet to decide whether they really exist or ket. I made up my mind, saw UFOs many times and not virtually on the monitor screen, but in reality perceived by us with the help of our senses. Maybe that's why I often use information that is not verified, not confirmed by science, and thus, from the standpoint of science itself, I am acting rashly. But on the other hand, how can they be tested if science shies away from such phenomena and materials, or even simply does not notice them, as if nothing of the kind is happening. However, the repetition of facts, texts, events in different places, consistency with inner conviction, if you like with intuition, thereby allows you to skip a certain percentage of inconsistencies, and logic allows you to correct such inconsistencies and not pay attention to details.which of course can be untested. But in general, I do not sin against the truth, each of us has his own will, everyone has the right to make mistakes and do stupid things to the extent that they can go against the laws of Science, which is why sometimes a hundred eyewitnesses are closer to me than a hundred experiments fitted to formulas.
