An eyewitness to the event said in a letter addressed to UFO research organization MUFON that the clock was around 17:30 when he first saw the UFO.
The author of the message clarified that he came to the kitchen to wash the dishes, but what he saw outside the window made him forget about everyday matters. Looking out the window, he saw that a very bright object was hanging over the apartment complex opposite his house, glowing with constant intensity. It did not flash or blink, and there were no signal lights, as is the case with an airplane.
The object above the house was completely motionless.
The man decided that it might be some kind of transmitter, but then he remembered that there was nothing like this in that area, and such systems look completely different.
At some point, he noticed the rays of light emanating from the UFO, but they immediately disappeared, leaving only a still bright light. After some time, the object gradually began to fade, and then completely disappeared.
When this happened, the eyewitness could not believe that this was not a dream, and he saw it all in reality.
However, after a few minutes, the glow resumed, but this time the light was much farther away and looked dimmer than before.
An eyewitness decided that the UFO was just flying away, so the light intensity changed.

At that moment, the man realized that he needed to take a photo of what he saw. He grabbed the phone and tried to take pictures. However, it was not possible to achieve good shots, since the UFO had almost disappeared behind the trees on the horizon, and the light was too little for the camera's matrix. Therefore, he accompanied his letter with a sketch of what he saw.
The man decided to wait some more time, hoping that the UFO would return, but this did not happen.
He also added that he was very excited about what he saw, and it seems to him that he had some kind of supernatural abilities.
