Eyewitness accounts of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and / or aliens are very strange in themselves. But they become even more frightening when they are associated with additional unexplained phenomena. Such, for example, as the almost instantaneous movement of people from one point to another. This can be called teleportation, or the whole point is in some kind of super speed.
Sometimes one person is displaced, sometimes an entire group of people. Sometimes other things move with them, such as the car in which people are sitting. Sometimes this movement is almost instantaneous, sometimes it takes several minutes or a couple of hours, the essence is the same - people or a group of people suddenly, against their will, find themselves in a completely different place, sometimes far enough from the initial point, and cannot understand how they got there.
There are several such cases in the archives of anomalous phenomena and they are mainly associated with drivers and their cars.
Truck transfer with driver
In September 1979, the Virginia Times-Dispatch wrote about a strange incident involving truck driver Harry Turner. It was late afternoon and Harry was driving to Fredericksburg from Winchester, Virginia, when his truck suddenly illuminated a bright white light that he initially mistook for the headlights of a large oncoming truck.
However, these were not the headlights, since as soon as the light enveloped Harry, he realized that he could no longer control the movement of his car. She was driving by itself and he could not do anything, no matter how he turned the steering wheel and applied the brake.

A little later, Turner realized that his truck was no longer driving on the highway, but hovering in the air above him! But as soon as Turner was able to come to terms with this crazy reality, as a creature was on the roof of his truck. The man did not see it, but he could hear it moving on the roof of his truck. After that, something tore out the door of the truck, as if it were made of weightless material and apparently was going to attack Harry himself the next moment.
Fortunately, Harry always had a revolver with him and he pulled out and started shooting where he thought the enemy was, although he still could not see anyone, as if the creature was invisible. He did not notice if his shots were successful, as he passed out almost immediately after that.
Harry woke up in the middle of the night in a truck in a truck stop in Fredericksburg. Far from where he remembered before passing out. On the clock outside the parking lot, the clock showed three in the morning, but Harry's own clock indicated the time of 11:17 pm - the time when all this happened to him.
At the same time, judging by the odometer readings (wheel revolution meter), Harry traveled only 17 miles from Winchester to Fredericksburg. While the actual road between these cities on the highway is 80 miles.
Despite the large gaps in his memory, Harry later managed to remember that he was taken aboard an alien ship and there were strange creatures, dressed all in white, like doctors, and with caps on their heads. Harry called them "ultra-earthlings," creatures that can travel through space. Harry also remembered how he tried to fight five or six of these creatures when they wanted to capture him. At the same time, he "threw several to the ground." And then he suddenly became wet from head to toe.
In fact, Harry was later accused of "reckless driving" and that he drove along the road and did not stop when police cars followed him with flashing lights (Harry himself does not remember this). The story about aliens and UFOs was omitted in court, but even 20 years later, Harry says that he continues to think about that evening and what really happened to them.
Racers case
Another incident occurred in Argentina in September 1978 at the Vuelta de America del Sur car rally and involved a Citroen GS-1220, which was carrying drivers Miguel Angel Moya and Carlos Acevedo.
On 23 September, the pilots left the main road and drove down a rural road past the town of Carmen de Patagones. Carlos was driving and he suddenly saw a bright light in the rearview mirror. He later described this light as very dense and yellowish. At first, Carlos mistook him for the headlights of a car, but the next moment the whole car of Carlos and Miguel was enveloped in a bright white light.
“The light flooded the entire cabin and I thought that I had lost control,” said Carlos Acevedo, “and when I looked out the window, I realized that we had risen two meters above the road. For some reason I thought that we had been thrown by a “speed bump”, but five seconds passed, then ten seconds, and so they moved in the air and I finally realized that something was wrong. Outside the window, I could not see anything else, everything was flooded with white light. I shouted to Miguel “What's going on ?!”, but he did not respond. And when I turned my head to the right, I did not see my companion in his place. It was either not there or I didn’t see it, because of this dense light I didn’t even see the dashboard.”
And here is how the situation was described by Miguel Angel Moya.
“I also decided that we“took off”because of the speed bump, and then I got very scared, realizing that we were soaring in the air for a long time. I did not understand anything, looked at Carlos and saw that he was looking forward, his hands tightly clasped on the steering wheel. He seemed to be shouting something, but I could not hear anything. Everything around us was in a yellowish dense fog, but it seemed to me that I could distinguish something around and we seemed to have already been in another place. I got scared to horror and rushed to open the door to jump out of the car. But the door did not budge, as if it had been welded. Then I suddenly got very hot. Maybe a temperature rose around us or it was the influence of my body on a strong fear. Then a thick light covered everything around and I could not even see my own hands."
It all ended abruptly and both of them flinched as the car hit hard ground again. The bright light quickly faded and disappeared. The pilots found themselves in a car standing on the side of the road, moreover, directed in the direction from which they were traveling, and not where they were going. It was dark and quiet all around, but somewhere above there was a cone of yellow light moving westward.
The two pilots sat in the car in shock for a while and then drove off quickly to make up for lost time. When they soon found themselves near the city of Pedro Luro, they realized that the oddities did not end there. This city was 123 kilometers from the place where they turned on this route, but according to their meter from the city of Viedma to the city of Pedro Luro, they traveled only 52 kilometers. In fact, this distance is 127 kilometers, but their car somehow "jumped" most of this distance."
Another oddity was that, judging by their watch, they lost almost two hours in an unusual incident.
Boy teleportation
The most recent case with an unusual teleportation, in which a UFO was involved, occurred in 2017 in the same Argentina, in a town called Hernandarias. When this story was published in the media, journalists sometimes confused Argentina and Paraguay, because they both have a city called Hernandarias.
One family was having a feast on the night of May 22nd and sent a 13-year-old boy to bring something. The boy tried to exit through the back door, but found that it would not open. When they helped him to open the door, it was suddenly discovered that the child had disappeared somewhere.
At first, no one panicked, everyone believed that he left on instructions and would return to the feast. But time passed, and the boy was not there. The worried family finally began looking for him everywhere, including on the street and in the surrounding streets. The child had a cell phone with him and suddenly he finally called his parents. The boy's voice on the phone was oddly confused. The child was scared and did not understand what had happened, he could only tell what was in the place where the taxi rank was.
When the police found the child, it turned out that this parking lot was located one and a half kilometers from the boy's house, and the child had no idea how he got there. He said that he suddenly saw a blinding light and heard a "clicking sound" and then suddenly found himself near a taxi rank.
The child was examined, it turned out that he had no injuries, and no one in the area saw a bright light at that time. Studying this case, ufologists usually attribute it to alien abductions, although there are those who call it simply spontaneous teleportation.
Cases on road No. 5
Argentina appears to have a UFO base or something else that is causing a significant stream of UFO reports and teleportation. Another incident also occurred in Argentina and is associated with National Route 5, which affects the cities of Trenque Lauken and Santa Rosa. There are regular reports of UFO sightings from these locations, including reports of lost time and instantaneous movements.
Especially often there are stories from drivers who, it is not known how, almost instantly moved from the sign “460 kilometers” to the sign with the indication “580 kilometers”. At the same time, many said that there was a thick fog on the road at that time, and in the sky they observed incomprehensible bright lights.
One of these stories happened with car mechanic Carlos Colon. On the night of August 25, 1999, Carlos was quietly driving along road 5 when he was suddenly nearly deafened by a sharp buzzing sound. Puzzled, Carlos pulled over to the side of the road to understand what was happening and in the darkness saw with horror a group of humanoid creatures that were sneaking up on his car.
Carlos was very scared, but for some reason he decided to get out of his car and at the moment when he opened the door, he suddenly found himself in another place at a distance of several meters from his car. At the same time, strange creatures disappeared, and Carlos himself felt very bad. His head was spinning, an incomprehensible pain was felt all over his body, and there was also a feeling of severe exhaustion.
On another occasion, a man was driving from Buenos Aires and saw in the distance an unusual purple fog that quickly engulfed his entire vehicle. The next thing he remembered was what was lying on the asphalt next to the road.
His car was nowhere to be found and the man did not understand. where is. When he stopped the ride, he learned from the driver that he was in Salta, which is 1800 kilometers from the place where he was driving. Later, his car was found on the section of the road where it was covered with purple fog. The engine of the car was still idling.
Argentine ufologists such as Diego Sánchez and Luis Bargos have been studying road 5 anomalies for many years.
“Route 5 and its sections in the province of La Pampa undoubtedly provide a lot of experience for studying UFOs and the cases of teleportation are among the most interesting,” says Luis Bargos. “Sometimes everything comes noticeably and a person loses several minutes or hours from his life. and after that the driver cannot even understand where he ended up for a while. Sometimes everything seems normal, the driver was driving and driving along the same road, and he notices an anomaly only when he passes a sign with a mark about kilometers, to which he usually drove much longer. There are a lot of the latter cases on route No. 5."
Teleportation from Argentina to Mexico
Continuing the topic of Argentina, it should be noted that one of the strangest and most controversial cases of sudden teleportation came from it. In May 1968, Dr. Gerardo Vidal and his wife Raffo left Buenos Aires for the city of Chascomus to arrive in time for a family celebration. They had to drive 120 kilometers to Chaskomus.
On the way, they decided to stop by their acquaintances for a short while in Maypu district, which was 150 km away, and on this their tracks were lost. After 48 hours, their relatives started looking for them and suddenly received a call from Dr. Vidal. Everyone was amazed to learn that Vidal was calling from the Argentine Consulate in Mexico!
Vidal and his wife said that on the road, their car suddenly enveloped in white fog and after that they did not remember anything. Both woke up in their parked car only early in the morning somewhere on a road in the countryside. They felt a severe sore throat and did not feel very well overall.
Coming out of the car. they saw that he looked like he drove through hot lava. The car was all burned, but it started and drove off. When the doctor and his wife saw the people, they asked them where they were and were told that they were in Mexico. This area was far enough from the road in Argentina on which they were traveling.
Ultimately, when their story spread widely in the media, the couple were asked to remain silent about it, and their car was taken, allegedly for research, and taken to the United States. What happened next with the spouses is unknown, but someone says that their whole story is just a newspaper "duck".
