July 27, 2018 was remembered by many as the date when it was possible to observe an infrequent astronomical phenomenon - the "Red Moon". On the same day, several similar messages came from different CIS countries about some luminous objects near our night star. Kosmopoisk has collected some of them.
The first message came from Minsk. The company gathered late in the evening on July 27 (about 11-12 hours) in the Minsk region of Kuntsevshchina to look at the moon. Suddenly we saw several objects in the form of "half-disks", which seemed to be spinning in one place. According to eyewitnesses, it seemed that the light was falling on them from somewhere from the side. One of the objects began to move and flew towards the city center. The rest also quickly, quickly disappeared. Moreover, at the moment of observation it seemed that there was silence and the surrounding sounds disappeared. And for a long time there was some kind of glow over the house. There were no other similar reports in newspapers and on the Internet.
On July 28, 2018 in the group "Ufology-Cosmopoisk" was published the message of the eyewitness Z. Z. about the group observation of UFOs in the SNT "Znamya" near the village. Ogudnevo, Shchelkovsky district, Moscow region. Here is his verbatim text: “Yesterday, July 27, I was at the dacha in the village of Ogudnevo. It was 11 pm and my grandfather called me out into the street, because, as he said, "Your girlfriend is giving you signals there." As soon as I left, my grandfather was already shining a lantern in the sky, and I looked at the glowing balls, which quickly emerged from the clouds and returned again. Then, behind the clouds, it was seen that the light comes from one source, like a lantern in the fog, and we are watching from underground. They (there were 3 of them) first wrote an angle above us and our neighbors (I don’t know where they went, perhaps they drew a triangle or a rhombus), then they flickered in a chaotic manner, but moved very quickly,as if teleported. They flew away for a few seconds, and then flew back. Of course, these could be some new devices, since there is a military airfield not far from us. But in our village there is a monument in the form of a flying saucer, and residents say that they themselves often see glowing balls, blinking spots, etc.”.
On August 4, a departure took place to check and tie this message to the terrain. SNT "Banner", from where the observation was carried out, refers to the village. Dushonovo, Shchelkovsky district of the Moscow region. The UFO was observed by three eyewitnesses: Z. Z. (granddaughter), R. A. (grandfather) and L. A. (grandmother). It was possible to establish that the dimensions of one object were slightly smaller than the Moon. Scattering of objects during ground-bound maneuvers - approximately three garden plots. The viewing angle is straight, vertically overhead with an offset towards the north-east.

When asked whether the objects had a reaction to the light of the flashlight, R. A. replied that there was a reaction: after turning on the flashlight, the movement of objects froze and after a while resumed. The eyewitnesses did not experience any fear or excitement, they have no pets. Attempts to shoot objects with the phone camera were unsuccessful, only the sky was obtained when viewing.
The total observation time is about 30 minutes, weather conditions: temperature - + 19 ºС, cloudy, calm.
Conclusion
For several years, no reports have been received from the UFO-active zone "Ogudnevo - Protasovo - Dushonovo" and this can be explained by several reasons. The first of them is a general loss of interest among the population in the UFO topic and, above all, among local residents, because the popularity of this zone grew in the 1990s at the peak of interest in ufology. The famous UFO landing between the villages of Ogudnevo and Protasovo with the landing on the territory of the last humanoids in the garden of a local resident played a significant role here. In the wake of these events, many expeditions were organized to this anomalous zone, including several from Kosmopoisk, the last of which took place in the fall of 2016 as part of the autumn rally. The meaning of the message about the sighting of a UFO in the SNT "Banner" next to. Dushonovo is difficult to overestimate, since this fact can prove that the zone continues to be active and in the future it can present researchers with many new interesting messages, and not from local residents who, according to the version heard once by the author, “get used to UFOs and do not pay attention to them no attention. " Near this old zone, the buildings of garden associations have grown, where people come from Moscow and the Moscow region. For example, eyewitnesses of the latter case visit their summer cottages only on weekends, and for them, seeing a UFO is far from an ordinary case. Therefore, there is hope that this is not the last message from the anomalous zone Ogudnevo - Protasovo - Dushonovo.
I would also like to note that UFO sightings during solar eclipses or other infrequent astronomical events like the "Red Moon" are by no means uncommon. However, with what it is connected - with the fact that on such days more people direct their gaze to the sky or with the fact that objects really gravitate towards such phenomena - has not yet been reliably determined.
