I propose to look at the "Vajrayana Wheel" from the point of view of high technologies, working on a primitive principle.

What parts did we get: spokes, hub, torsion bars and the wheel rim itself, which has through holes for the spokes and torsion bars. The spokes and torsion bars themselves are made in the form of cones at the ends, which automatically limits their protrusion from the rim.

As a last resort, you can try to make a 3D model and bind to it a standard physics engine that is used in computer games. But then again, I'm not an expert in 3D modeling.
Imagine if this model turns out to be workable! Such a wheel can simply be put on casters and it will simply spin in place without any help. And then you can glue it over with neodymium magnets and take off free electricity …
