We invite skeptics who dispute that the CIA may have had a hand in Hugo Chavez's cancer death to take a look at the device in the video below. This is a dart gun developed in the 1970s (and possibly earlier) for the CIA.
The video describes the weapon as causing a heart attack. Cancer is not mentioned in it. However, we do know that the CIA used former American Cancer Society president Alton Oschner to conduct classified cancer research for the agency's needs.
And it is, of course, more than a mere coincidence that a significant number of South American leaders have died of cancer.

This case would have suited The X-Files and other conspiracy theorists well when Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez remarked that the US may have found a way to turn cancer into a weapon after several Latin American leaders were diagnosed with it. The list includes former Argentine President Nestor Kirchner (bowel cancer), Brazilian President Dilma Roussef (lymphoma), former Cuban President Fidel Castro (stomach cancer), Bolivian President Evo Morales (nasopharyngeal cancer) and Paraguayan President Fernando Lugo (lymphoma again). Let us ask ourselves a question - what unites them all, except for a cancer diagnosis? They are all left-wing leaders. Coincidence?
Additional casualties may include pan-Africanist Kwame Touré, Jamaican reggae musician Bob Marley, and Dominican Prime Minister Rosier Douglas.
Also remember Jack Ruby, who shot Lee Harvey Oswald. Ruby died of lung cancer in 1967. “What was odd was that the cancer cells in his body were not of the type normally found in the respiratory system,” the experts write. “He assured his family that he had been injected with cancer cells in prison while being treated with injections for the common cold. And he died because he had to testify before the US Congress."
And if you think governments are not getting themselves involved in killing their critics and opponents, remember the assassination of Alexander Litvinenko, a former Russian Federal Security Service officer who died in London from polonium-210 poisoning. It is widely believed that Litvinenko, who sought political asylum, was killed by the Russian government.

The communists are known for killing dissidents with the “Bulgarian umbrella,” a pneumatic device that fired tiny poisonous capsules containing ricin. It is widely believed that the Bulgarian writer and dissident Georgi Markov was killed in London in 1978 with this very weapon.
It was also allegedly involved in a failed attempt to eliminate the Bulgarian journalist Vladimir Kostov in Paris. The Bulgarian Secret Service is said to have worked in tandem with the Soviet KGB to assassinate dissidents.
