Since the beginning of April 2019, at one of the popular US conspiracy forums, there has been a discussion regarding the incomprehensible disappearance of the homeless from American cities. The situation with this problem is more than strange.
Homeless people in the United States (as in other countries) were a constant problem, which city halls and charitable organizations traditionally dealt with: they organized shelters for these people, distributed food, clothes, and provided free medical care.
This was regularly reported in the local press and on television, after which such videos were snapped up by hungry Soviet propagandists (apparently, for this purpose, the USSR kept the embassy in the United States) and played it in the International Panorama program, explaining the footage with quotes on the topic “how to live well in the USSR”and“how to live badly in America”.
However, over time, all these informational materials disappeared somewhere. Instead of them, messages of a different plan began to appear.
For example, one of the Houston newspapers publishes a note that several dozen homeless people lived in the city center under a bridge for a long time, who suddenly disappeared overnight, leaving behind tents, sleeping bags and bicycles.
A completely similar message from Salt Lake City, where hundreds of people lived on the street and suddenly disappeared.

There are hundreds of such messages in the US press, but in general no one sees them and they only come into the general field of view as a result of discussions, when everyone drags media messages from their region to the forum. And as a result of the analysis of the entire mass of such messages heavily filtered by the authorities, the public sees the whole picture. That is, everyone can see that people disappear from the streets somewhere.
It is impossible to assess the general statistics of these losses, since some organizations are needed to collect them, which, as it were, do not exist. However, sometimes some information slips through.
For example, the Los Angeles Homelessness Administration (LAHSA) conducts a special census of people living on the streets every few years. And according to the 2005 census, there were about 80,000 homeless people in the city, the number of which grew steadily, delighting TV people from North Korea. However, according to the 2009 census, the number of homeless people suddenly became 40,000. That is, another 40,000 disappeared somewhere. Where?
As the public began to ask questions, LAHSA informed the residents of the city that this was such a new “wrong algorithm” for counting. However, LAHSA does not have information on the homeless for 2015 and 2019 with a “bad algorithm,” which is very strange.
And even in the press, things got very tough. All messages that people cite date from 2016 at the most. That is, the homeless seem to have disappeared somewhere and don't even write about them. And at the same time, if in Los Angeles alone 40,000 people disappeared, then on the scale of the United States, apparently, millions disappear. And how they disappear can be understood, again, only from the descriptions of people from the field.
As these people write, in one place or another of their city of residence, a group of homeless people appears who have been living there for some time. Then, from time to time, some unmarked vans begin to drive up to this group, from which people in FEMA overalls come out, but also without signatures and chevrons. These people, to the applause of the passing public, distribute food to the homeless and provide medical assistance. But one day it all disappears - both the town of the homeless, and vans with humanists in overalls. They don't know where they disappear even in the city hall.
And in parallel to the homeless, mysterious people in overalls are also helping other people temporarily without a roof over their heads.
For example, in Hawaii, where after the eruption of the volcano, crowds of people ran with suitcases all over the island. Then the FEMA barges arrived and everyone was, as it were, settled by numbers in the ocean. There was no more news from these displaced persons.
In addition to the Hawaiian Islands, the United States also has California, where fires are constantly raging. There is Texas, where hurricanes are constantly raging. And after each natural disaster, people are resettled, after which no one sees these people. And if they see them later, they begin to tell amazing things about the “rescuers”. Sometimes they start rescuing so actively that people enter into firefights with “those who want to help them”.
Finally, to the millions of homeless people and people displaced by natural disasters, there are also millions of missing children and adults.
So in the United States, according to clearly underestimated official estimates, about 400,000 children disappear a year, according to unofficial estimates, the figure is called 800,000. And everyone has long been tormented by the question: where and for what reason do children disappear? Since there is no answer to all these questions, people begin to guess and express the most insane versions.
For example, human DNA is found from time to time in hamburgers and other foods, so many people think that homeless people stolen on the streets are being processed into sausage and fed to Americans.
There are also versions about the supply of slaves for pedophile networks and about sending people to organs, which is done on an industrial scale.
Finally, there is also the assumption that governments kidnap people for some kind of experiments.
Each of these assumptions works well locally. For example, from time to time, in different countries, the police cover up some cannibal tavern, standing somewhere on the outskirts of the highway and letting in tourists wandering there. But it is no longer possible to assume that people go to hamburgers on an industrial scale.
With donor organs, the picture is approximately the same. Well, let's suppose that a 20-year-old drug addict was kidnapped from the street and let him in on organs (a 40-year-old will already have cirrhosis of the liver and kidney failure). However, who needs a donor whose blood has AIDS, hepatitis, and it is not clear what else?
There are networks of pedophiles, societies of all sorts of "voodoo priests" and other ritual lovers in the United States, and in general everywhere. But what scale should these networks have, if only the USA supplies there 400,000 children a year? It turns out that every second American is either a voodoo cultist who starts the morning with a human sacrifice, or a pedophile. It can not be so.
Finally - experiments on people by the government or global corporations. All this may well be and most likely is, but not on the same scale that millions of people are required for experiments. The Third Reich set up hundreds of concentration camps in Europe, where millions of people were thrown, but how many of them were the Nazis experimenting with? Almost all of the prisoners were used for slave labor, and only a few of them were used by the Nazis for their wild experiments.
Thus, all the versions listed above do not explain anything globally. Even if we assume that all these versions work together, all the same, these explanations will not be able to cover the loss of millions of people. In this case, we are talking about the United States, because there is more or less freedom of the press, democracy and something seeps into the media, but the same thing happens all over the world. Who counted how many people go missing in North Korea or China?
In general, the situation with these kidnappings is really conspiracy, since there is no clear explanation for what is happening. Is that to attract for the explanation of some "Martians". But what if UFOs abduct cattle in whole herds, then why can't “Martians” abduct people industrially using intermediaries from FEMA and similar organizations?
To what extent this assumption is correct, we, of course, do not know, nevertheless we can immediately say; if the Third World War starts, there will be very, very many displaced persons. Someone will be offered to leave the territory left to the enemy, someone will be offered to go down to the bomb shelters, someone else will be taken somewhere for some reason.
Therefore, in the light of the above, we believe that it is necessary to be very attentive to such "state proposals", since, as if fleeing from an atomic bomb or an earthquake, people may well get somewhere to a factory, to Mars. Or even a cannery on Jupiter.
