But the secret services are trying to find ways to influence the weather. “It is impossible to create a global“climate weapon”, but local effects on the weather are possible,” said Vladimir Udrish, head of the hydrometeorological service of the Russian Armed Forces.

Many experts believe that the impact on the climate of Russia is carried out within the framework of the HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) project at the Research Center for the Study of the Ionosphere in Alaska. Here on 60 sq. km, there is a huge phased array of antennas, or rather, a whole network of 360 antennas, which together are a radiator of microwave frequencies. They send radio waves with a power of 1.7 billion watts, which is 5-6 orders of magnitude higher than solar radiation in this frequency range. During the existence of the project, unexplained natural disasters have happened in Russia, China, New Orleans, Western Europe and Haiti: droughts, fires, earthquakes and floods.
Previously, the deployment of the complex and research on it was carried out by the "Philips laboratory" located at the US Air Force base in Cirtleand. She reported to the US Air Force Space Technology Center. According to American press reports, in the fall of 2013, the installation was taken under its wing by DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency - Agency for advanced defense research projects). It is no secret that it is closely associated with the American intelligence services. And oddly enough, against the backdrop of a total reduction in military budgets in the DARPA budget, allocations are planned for research "the physical aspects of natural phenomena, such as substorms in the magnetosphere, fires, lightning strikes and geophysical phenomena." It looks like the rehearsals of climate aggression began immediately after the HAARP installation dropped its scientific disguise and went under the wing of the intelligence services.
Experts say that ionospheric climate weapons will eventually become much more dangerous than thermonuclear weapons. In recent years, in connection with the intensification of military preparations on the northern flank of NATO, new military installations, top-secret, so-called golf balls, have been built. Officially, these are elements of missile defense. But the military suggests they can be used to wage climate war as well. Say, to influence the ionosphere over large cities. And then the artificial smog will strangle not only London and Tokyo, but also Murmansk, Arkhangelsk and even Moscow.

An even more terrible weapon is artificially caused hurricanes and tsunamis.
