A piece of forest near the village of Sadovy, Sosnovsky District, Chelyabinsk Region, where trees fell for some unknown reason, was discovered by local historian Yuri Zavyalov.
The trees are either bent to the ground, or upturned by the roots, and around this area the forest is not touched.
Yuri photographed a strange section of the forest a kilometer from the village of Sadovoye, practically on the outskirts of Chelyabinsk.
This is a plot of 10 by 15 meters, on which pines of ten to fifteen years old, birch, aspen three years old, alder, and shrubs grow. A real thicket where sunlight hardly penetrates. So, all the trees lie or are uprooted. The fall has no epicenter, the trunks lie parallel, some continue to grow. The fall area is approximately rectangular.
Yuri excludes the fall of a celestial body, a lightning strike or human activity. Yuri Zavyalov explains this fact by a rare atmospheric anomaly. For example, a pressure drop, a squall wind blow. But such an instantaneous action of directed energy (the trees are uprooted) makes you think about a lot.
