From clouds of deadly microbes, an army of genetic mutants or radio wave mind control of a civilian population, one step is to psychotronic weapons - an aggressive form of psychic energy. Researchers have studied the possibility of creating these weapons for many years, but the real cause for concern did not appear until 1977, when the KGB arrested the Los Angeles Times correspondent in Moscow, Robert Toth.
Bob Toth was arrested on espionage charges - he allegedly hunted for Soviet military secrets in the field of parapsychology. Declassified documents, including telegrams exchanged by American diplomats, show the critical importance of psychic weapons.
The Soviet Union began development in the field of parapsychology under Stalin, who used the services of Wolf Messing. Since the earliest times of human history, military strategists have resorted to using "black magic" to use psychic energy. The CIA began serious research into the occult in the early fifties of the last century.
Today, parapsychology has evolved into a high-tech industry known as para-physics. The intelligence agency under the US Department of Defense and other similar institutions are analyzing the state of affairs in paraphysics and planning its use in psychic espionage, telepathic hypnosis, and more.

SCANATE project
After two American psychics (former UN diplomat Ingo Swan and Patrick Price) penetrated one of the most reliable security systems - the Pentagon security system, the government concluded that modern security measures were outdated.

Price and Swan were involved in a covert research project called SCANATE, run by think tanks such as the Research Institute for the CIA and the Pentagon.
Shortly after the completion of the project, Price died under mysterious circumstances, and Swan continued his research at some little-known research institute, fearing for his life. Like all invisible weapons research and development programs, paraphysics is classified. In 1979, Congressman Charlie Rose demanded a government investigation into the psychic weapons of war in the United States. Rose claimed to have seen Swan and other clairvoyants in action. Rose is suspiciously silent today. However, subsequent events showed that the psychic arms race continues.
Lords of Doom
While privately participating in the psychic weapons race, both the United States and the Soviet Union publicly denied any research in this area. While the CIA was actively studying such methods of influence, the Food and Drug Administration sent the famous psychologist Dr. Wilhelm Reich to jail.
Today it can be said that Reich was imprisoned for publishing an article on paraphysics in a scientific journal. The media tried in every possible way to discredit Reich, declaring him crazy, but the "energy of orgone", about which he wrote, at that time was seriously studied by government scientific organizations (they called it "bioenergy"). Just remember how, just a few years before Hiroshima, prominent atomic scientists ridiculed the very idea of using atomic energy, and even more so creating an atomic bomb.
Dirty money for a dirty business
After decades of intense lobbying by psychiatrists and medical institutions to develop mind and mind control, the US government decided to create mega-agencies such as HEW and VA. It is no coincidence that these institutions figure in many stories about the use of invisible weapons.
While many idealists support these institutions, it should be remembered that they have created an entire network of taxpayer funded experiments in invisible weapons. Billions of dollars from the tax coffers have gone to research on mind control and invisible weapons programs.
