The Malthusian concept argues that depopulation (or zero population growth) is the need to control a species (namely humanity) that reproduces and consumes natural resources without restriction. This is the mantra of the "new age", was adopted in the distant past by Marx. The ball was held successively by Edward House and Woodrow Wilson and was further aggravated by such “gems” as Kissinger, Bill Gates, Al Gore and so on. Most of the public and almost all young people (a recent poll showed this) have succumbed to this mantra.

The "problem" for them is just how to move it quickly: war is one answer, disease is another.

There was another Ebola outbreak in the Congo, and WHO estimates that up to 1,500 people have been affected. The Daily Mail has a nice article about this that was published on 8/17/18. The article puts everything in its place.

This is how they set the stage for the "planned failure" associated with this outbreak. Read this passage very carefully to see the hidden agenda:

Now this sets the scenario: valiant doctors and humanitarian workers are unable to cope with the flow and transmission of disease due to these pesky Islamic rebels … the police to be precise. Also, don't forget to expect "more people to get infected!" Over the past couple of years, we have had more than a handful of cases, with thoughtful precautions for transporting Ebola-infected patients to the United States for treatment: a ludicrous act.

When these patients were here, do you think that Fort Detrick, Maryland, where the US's main biological weapons research facility is located, did not receive blood samples from these patients?

I bet their last dollar they did it. Read The Hot Zone and The Devil in the Freezer, which covers events with diseases like Ebola and Anthrax, accidental emissions and country protocols on biological warfare. Several years ago, they resurrected frozen viruses in the Arctic region, despite protests from many scientists who (before they were "gagged") argued about the potential lethality of these viruses. Never mind. Biological warfare and all of the research, treatment, testing, and narcotic drugs associated with it (with the support of pharmaceutical firms) is big business.

As for Ebola, in 1996 NOVA released a documentary entitled "Ebola: The Plague Fighters." This graphic but superbly made film shows the Ebola outbreak in Zaire in May 1995 and the almost non-existent medical conditions in the country, combined with ineffective foreign doctors and care workers. The same miserable, primitive conditions, lack of amenities and ineffective treatment exist in the Congo today, with little or no change as it did 20 years ago, as shown in this documentary.

If the government is going to launch this, the disease (in this case Ebola) is still not nearly as deadly as it needs to be. Rest assured, they are all working to eliminate these glitches in order to follow the plan that was developed by Thomas Malthus. We see China conducting a laboratory surveillance experiment in control: a general surveillance system that will be tested on its citizens and then adopted (and adapted) by other countries for use on their own citizens.

The conditions are ideal for this type of "laboratory experiment" since China is a Communist controlled country and the technology is high enough to improve since the society is already compliant and under full government control. This kind of "laboratory experiment" would not be feasible in African countries where even electricity and running water are scarce.

However, for testing biological weapons, African countries (especially such as Congo and Zaire) are ideal for releasing created viruses and other artificial bio-weapons. Sounds far-fetched? Think back to the US government's Bacillus subtilis tests to "test" the spread of microorganisms on civilian mass transit facilities such as subways and buses just a few years ago. Remember all the time when the government tested nuclear and biological weapons on soldiers and civilians.

Africa is ideal for taking existing diseases and structuring them for even greater lethality. When the time is right, quarantines may be ineffective and allow passengers who are already infected to board the plane and spread the disease during the trip. Or they could simply transport an infected patient and let the disease escape from quarantine and controlled lockdown.

If you doubt this potential, you only need to read about the calls of Bill Gates and his beautiful wife for depopulation as a “fix” of the planet. This is, by the way, the same Bill Gates who (with a consortium of investment firms and tech startups) plans to place 500 satellites in orbit to provide real-time monitoring of every inch of the earth's surface … around next summer.

Ebola is a serious disease, but even more deadly and more serious is the group of people and monetary interests that want to form a global government. They have political connections, money and alliances to effectively change all aspects of humanity and even destroy it militarily. They do not discard any disgusting actions. Ironically, all these people … they all … believe that depopulation is the only way to effectively implement this “utopian” global governance.

These oligarchs and controllers view those who are not in their company as insects to be crushed, or at best made slaves and servants. Depopulation is their goal, and a fatal illness will allow them to do it without any suspicion. This Ebola outbreak is a "planned failure" with local residents as test subjects. The results of these experiments will ultimately be used against unsuspecting humanity in order to achieve their ultimate goal, minus a few billion lives or so.
