Since 2017, a truly space age has begun for humanity - information about extraterrestrial civilizations has opened at all levels. Future decades (or centuries) will be spent on comprehending the real place of humanity in the hierarchy of intelligent beings.
Extraterrestrial civilizations exist as an objective reality, and everyone will have to admit it. The most difficult task already done by pioneering pioneers, independent ufologists and enthusiastic researchers is breaking through the wall of dogmatic denial in society.
This work is thankless and cannot be adequately appreciated now (it can be compared with the work of underground workers in difficult times). But the consciousness of many people begins to open gradually. It will be much easier for the next generation of researchers. Further, when this research outweighs the doubts of many people, there will be a painful scientific paradigm shift in the formal scientific community.
Those people who don’t believe in anything and don’t want to know anything need not strain. For them, as there were no extraterrestrial civilizations, there will not be for a long time. Their consciousness is closed. This is not an offensive state, you just need to work and work.
The denial of the existence of extraterrestrial civilizations among UFO researchers is a cornerstone of UFOlogy. This is what prevents them from moving on. And for some it will be a barrier that cannot be overcome.
When discussing the topic of extraterrestrial civilizations, they require evidence, preferably material that can be touched. It turns out that in order for us, humans, to get the long-awaited evidence, it is necessary at least to shoot down and capture a flying saucer with aliens. Do we need any other proof?
In principle, it is impossible to shoot down the aircraft of highly developed civilizations. They possess clairvoyance, they know everything in advance. In addition, many ships of highly developed civilizations are physically "transparent" relative to our world and practically do not interact with it.
What accidentally fell into the hands of earthlings belonged to little or medium developed civilizations. Biorobots can simply be thrown for review to puzzle scientists a little. Flying saucer accidents due to human aggression are a shame for all of humanity. They won't want to talk to us at the official level for a long time.

In general, a lot of other evidence has already been collected. A person with a closed worldview does not see the evidence (subconsciously, he does not want anything new). My advice: instead of the Internet, find and read serious literature on ufology, collect your observations and interviews of witnesses. Then you have to believe or not believe yourself.
UFO organizations and their archives have accumulated huge banks of data on UFOs, contacts with aliens, extensive literature on ufology (newspapers, magazines and books) contains a lot of fragmentary descriptions of UFO sightings, intelligent beings of a humanoid species. But all this is motley and unsystematic information, which has varying degrees of detail in the description and is subjective in nature.
For this reason, many researchers were at a loss in their further actions. Therefore, my work, perhaps, will serve as a beacon for them in their further research, a kind of navigator in sailing the sea of information. I am not at all concerned about the recognition or non-recognition of this work in the official state scientific fields (the Russian Academy of Sciences and other scientific institutions and organizations). This is their business.
I'll tell you briefly about my work. At the beginning of my research, considering the flow of unsystematic information on ufological topics, I tried to understand how it was possible to unite the seemingly non-unified, on the basis of what ideas and how to organize it all.
After a while, the main idea was developed, the core, with the help of which it was possible to unite everything, to link a lot of details into a whole. At present, a picture of the world order is already emerging, the entire hierarchy of intelligent beings is visible, which, apparently, has a global distribution.
If you want, call it a preliminary theory of the evolution of intelligent beings at the world level, since it is universal and applies to all types of intelligent beings. Its essence is as follows:
The main idea was laid in my research as a result of analyzing a large amount of information. Further, a systematic analysis was used for correlation - a comparison of similar features and details. With the help of a systematic analysis based on the main idea, in the following years, I collected and systematized data on various civilizations of intelligent beings.
The results of all this work for 28 years of research, in addition to published articles in newspapers, were formatted in the form of three books. The first book of the popular cognitive genre, the second scientific book, which describes in detail my systematics of extraterrestrial civilizations, and the third book is directly a catalog of extraterrestrial civilizations. More books are planned, but it will take time to get them in the proper form.
System analysis allowed us to compile a classification of intelligent beings in space, which is based on basic concepts. The basic concept is the energeticity of an intelligent being. It is quite obvious that as a rational being evolves, its total energy capacity gradually increases, the energy of the mind begins to prevail over the body, the total energy and the accumulated experience in the form of information increase. This is naturally reflected in the external and internal state of a rational being.
Every rational being strives for perfection of form and content. The most optimal and perfect external shape in a weightless space is the shape of an ideal ball (spheroid). This form is energetically very favorable (economical) and compact. The most information-capacious (spacious) content of existing matter is the energy of the mind (bioenergy) of an intelligent being, its accumulated experience and knowledge.
Thus, the energy of the mind in the form of a ball is the highest form of organization of matter. This is what, in one way or another, all kinds of intelligent beings come to in the process of evolution, being in the format of society, civilization.
In order to reach such a stage of development, the energy of a rational being gradually passes over millions and, possibly, billions of years, all intermediate states of matter of the body - from dense (massive) and then moderately rarefied to plasma-energetic and super-refined energetic.
All these intermediate types of matter-energy had to be characterized - for this a new concept of "energeticity" was introduced. This complex concept includes not only the development of the energy of the mind (the realized potential of the monad), but also the degree of rarefaction of the matter of the body (the carrier of the mind). Thus, "energeticity" consists of two aspects:
- The external state of the shell-body (the degree of "compaction" - "rarefaction" of the carrier-body).
- Internal spiritual and energetic state of the energy of the mind (the degree of realization of the potential of the monad).
According to these ideas, the "energy" of a rational being is revealed by the following features:
Taking into account all of the above factors, in 1994 I distinguished three types of intelligent beings by their state of energy. Later this taxonomy was improved. These are the following types:
- Type I is a dense, dense, heavy type of matter-energy.
- Type II is intermediate, in which matter-energy is decompressed, moderately rarefied or moderately condensed.
- Type III - plasma-energetically, its matter-energy is a mobile cold plasma or ultrafine types of energies of the microlepton level.
The hierarchical division of civilizations of intelligent beings is designed in the form of a simple table, reflecting the energy principle of determining the level of development.
It should be noted that the proposed gradation of civilizations of intelligent beings (dividing into three types) is very conditional with certain reservations. There are no dedicated boundaries in nature, and the ranks of intelligent beings are continuous, that is, it is really difficult to draw boundaries between them.
Therefore, I make a reservation in advance that the boundaries between types I, II and III are conditional, since border creatures are often found that can be simultaneously attributed to several types, for example, CC I-II, SC II-III, etc.
In addition, there are transphysical civilizations that occupy several positions of the EC I-II-III, that is, they are able to densify and de-densify their bodies, and therefore occupy a universal position in the classification, they can be counted simultaneously among all three types.

Among the above criteria for determining the level of development of civilizations, it is perhaps impossible to single out the main, secondary or insignificant ones. They all have their own weight in one case or another. They often complement each other.

- The more refined the matter (energy) of the individual carrying the body, the more energetically developed he is.
- A large amount of low-quality energy does not yet characterize a creature as highly intelligent.
- The absence of a dense body for an intelligent substance and the use of an energy body for life also does not characterize it as a highly intelligent being.
- Morphological distinctive features (in appearance) will be important only for the systematization of dense-bodied intelligent creatures (type I according to this classification); for the systematization of energetic creatures, these features do not play a significant role. Absolutely different signs, more significant, are taken into account, for example, the freedom of forms of incarnation, the degree of merging and integration of intelligent entities, the power and spectra of the energy field glow, the type of thinking, methods of movement in space.

An inexperienced researcher dealing with the systematization of intelligent beings will find that some intelligent beings that are able to change their appearance will constitute an insoluble problem for the classification of intelligent beings (if only the morphology of intelligent beings is taken as a basis). That is, there is simply no place for polymorphic intelligent beings, it will be difficult to class them as one or another morphological type of intelligent beings.

However, this classification makes it possible to take into account this type of creatures, referring them to polymorphic species, since the state of decompaction of their bodies makes it possible to perform rapid external transformations of the body, for example, from an amorphous "cloud" to turn into a kind of humanoid, and then into a luminous ball.
