The publication notes that although Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin speaks of the peaceful purpose of a space robot named Fyodor, his intellectual abilities should alert British engineers. Since Fedor is superior to all Western robotics.

It is planned by 2021 that Russian scientists will adapt the robot to the new manned spacecraft "Federation" and will begin flight tests.
