A tourist traveling in Mexico, while visiting the ancient city of Uxmal, photographed a strange object in the form of a pyramid.
The city of Uxmal, which was considered the cultural and political center of the ancient Mayans on the Yucatan Peninsula, holds many secrets. The date and history of its origin are still unknown. All that remains of the ancient city are the ruins of majestic pyramids and palaces adorned with intricate stone decorations.
According to the tourist, at the end of January, he visited Uxmal as part of an excursion group and photographed all the unusual structures of the ancient city. And after returning home from vacation, he found a strange object glowing in the rays of the sun above the palace complex located next to the Sorcerer's pyramid, which was not visible during the shooting.
“This object looks like a cloud, but when I uploaded the photo to a program called DStretch, I noticed that the object is in the shape of a pyramid,” an eyewitness wrote in his report to the World UFO Network (MUFON) on March 20, 2017.
DStretch is an indispensable tool for rock art researchers. It allows you to detect in photographs elements that are almost invisible to human eyes, and improve the visualization of complex objects, such as icons.
“After I applied the program to the images, I was very surprised that I didn't see anything when I took the pictures. I returned to the original photo and only then saw a pyramidal UFO on it,”added an eyewitness.
