At half past seven in the evening on November 25, 2016, a resident of the village of Dromaher, which is located in northern Ireland in County Leitrim, while walking with his dogs, discovered strange bright white glowing lights over the field of one of the local farmers, grouped in several pieces and lined up in one line.
“This struck me as very unusual,” he wrote in a statement to the World UFO Network (MUFON). “I have passed this place many times and have never seen anything like it!”
An eyewitness said that after he photographed this strange phenomenon with his mobile phone, the lights instantly disappeared and his phone was completely discharged.
A well-known ufologist, commenting on the villager's statement, said that UFOs often visit farmlands to study crops in the fields.
He believes that aliens are studying what foods humans use for food and how they are genetically engineered to modify them. Such genetic changes, says the ufologist, help aliens keep statistics on how many people will live on this planet in the future.
"The fact that the eyewitness's phone was completely discharged in the presence of a UFO is proof that there were indeed alien ships nearby," added Scott Waring.
