The network has circled video recording of a mysterious object above the lunar surface
Internet users are actively discussing a mysterious video, allegedly shot by astronomers from the Oman observatory using a powerful telescope. The footage shows a huge black cone-shaped UFO slowly moving against the background of the lunar disk with a long, waving trail widening downward. The object, which resembles either a jellyfish or a comet, seems to sneak, gradually shifting down and to the right, and soon disappears into the blackness of space.
Both ufologists and numerous commentators sympathizing with them hastened to announce the video as clear and irrefutable evidence of the existence of alien life and, very likely, of reason. If it were, for example, a meteorite or any natural phenomenon, the "spot" would move differently, and scientists, most likely, would have detected it much earlier, enthusiasts say. Skeptics, in turn, suggest that we are talking about a banal telescope defect. In addition, there is no serious evidence of the authenticity of the recording, so the sensation may turn out to be the product of the most ordinary video editing. However, these and other arguments, for all their persuasiveness, are not able to force fans of the unknown to change their minds, and the overwhelming majority of those who watched the video are still sure that they saw a real UFO, the Dni.ru portal notes.
