This happened on the evening of February 6, 1984 in the city of Murmansk. It was snowing heavily, nothing could be seen three paces away. And now, not far from the bus stop, several people unexpectedly stumbled upon a strange object.
In shape, it resembled a dome about 3 meters high and occupied half of the carriageway, which was 12 meters wide. From under the base of this dome, which had come from nowhere, light streamed along the entire circumference, shimmering in different shades. From this, the dome sparkled so that it seemed to be made of a transparent material like glass or crystal. As soon as people tried to approach him, a blinding spotlight beam hit from above, so strong that a police car passing by immediately stopped. Policemen jumped out of it and froze, looking at the sparkling dome.
But literally a few seconds later, he rose without the slightest noise and hovered over the power line. Now, from the ground, the device looked like a blue ball, which suddenly had a tail, iridescent with all the colors of the rainbow. With such a heavy snowfall, it was impossible not to notice that the snow did not fall on the device, but bend around it, repelled by some force. What is most curious, during takeoff, no one felt any air waves or heat, the dome rose above the ground without the slightest sound. That evening, many residents of Murmansk observed a strange flying object in the sky.
