"Crop circles" rarely pamper Belarusian researchers of anomalous phenomena, but, nevertheless, they appear on the territory of neighboring states. As part of tracking the situation in the adjacent territories, we publish an article by researchers from the Warmia-Mazury UFO Group from Olsztyn (WMGU Olsztyn), dedicated to a herbal pictogram discovered in May in northeastern Poland. Let's give the floor to our foreign colleagues:
“It is plausible that on the night of May 17-18 this year, on one of the fields in Roznovo near the town of Suš (Warmia-Mazury Voivodeship), a rather simple formation of circles in the grass appeared. But at the same time, the circumstances surrounding its occurrence were not easy.

It so happened that we left for the scene only on June 14th. It turned out that earlier employees of local local media had already interviewed the owner of the field. Courier Ilavsky published a short reportage and images of the formation in its May 21, 2014 issue. As a result of our interview with family members who own the field, we managed to compile the following description of the incident:
On the evening of May 18, 2014, at about 9:30 pm, Teresa and several members of her family observed a bright ball, the size of the full moon's disk, flying over the village in the direction of their field. The ball, after about 30 seconds, disappeared behind the treetops, and the eyewitnesses could not determine whether the object was going down, or was simply moving away.
Intrigued by what had happened, they returned to the house, continuing to periodically look through the window at the sky in anticipation of a possible continuation of observations. About an hour later (22.30), they noticed pulsating white lights in the direction of their field, located at a distance of about 100 meters). Teresa, who turned out to be a conscientious observer, later wrote down her first impressions in a notebook: “It was at 22.30 on 18 May, Sunday. At first there were silent white pulsating lights, and to the left was blue, also pulsing, strange lights that had never been seen before."

Since the time was already late and the unknown phenomenon aroused concern, the eyewitnesses did not dare to immediately go to the field. The next day, at about 9:00, Teresa's son, Adam, fled to the place over which they saw the pulsing balls. Soon he returned excited and asked his mother to go with him. On the field, they saw two decent-sized circles of laid grass and the “corridors” connecting them, which was generally associated with the image of a cross. According to Teresa's description, the formation was done very carefully.
Both circles had a left-sided twist, the “corridors” started from their middle and went into the field, where they broke off after a few meters. People who visited the formation got the impression that it was like an imprint of something that was found above the ground. In the middle of both circles there are rounded tufts of standing grass. In the smaller circle, the beam diameter was about a meter, in the larger - half as small - about half a meter. Teresa constantly paid attention to the accuracy of the formation.
The first attempts to take photographs were unsuccessful. A few people who had telephones with a camera, instead of taking pictures, only got an image of a black screen. This was surprising. For some time, a group of ten people could not take a single picture. After a few minutes, this effect disappeared.
All those who visited the site of the formation felt a headache and general weakness, which lasted for several hours. These ailments appeared on the morning of the next day after visiting the circles. Daughter Teresa was the only one who was afraid to go inside the pictogram and took pictures of it outside. Perhaps this saved her from feeling unwell that overtook the rest.
In the household of the eyewitnesses, there was a dog whose booth was closer to the field than a residential building. We drew attention to her, going out onto the field, trying to get out of the range of the dog's leash. The animal very zealously defended the territory it protected. Unfortunately, the owners did not pay attention to his reaction when the balls appeared over the field, but no one remembered to bark or in any other way reacted to the threat.

On the same day, the field owned by Teresa's family was visited by quite a few people, which contributed to the damage to the formation. Within a few days after the events described, several dozen more people visited. A week later, the grass in the field was cut. During our visit to Rozhnovo, we were unable to accurately localize the former location of the circles. The meadow looked the same as many others, without any areas distinguished by plant height or altered color.
From the testimony of witnesses, it follows that no one specially made measurements of the formation, except that its dimensions were approximately determined by steps. A radio esthetist came to our aid. A preliminary survey of the field revealed areas that were definitely different from each other. Moving around the field, the radioesthetist discovered irradiated and non-irradiated places (in terms of dowsing properties). We have designated the areas indicated by him. A few minutes later, the contours of two circles with diameters of 12.2 and 5.8 meters were revealed. Still later, the “corridors” connecting them were added to them.
To an outside observer, everything looked as if the pendulum performed a right-handed twist at the formation site, and a left-handed twist outside the circles. At the point where the boundary between these sections was crossed, the pendulum stopped and changed the direction of rotation. When we compared our marks on the field to Teresa's drawing, there were many overlaps. Below is a view of the pictogram, compiled on the basis of dowsing research and an eyewitness drawing.

According to our data, none of the respondents even admits the idea that the formation could have been created by man. Witnesses claim that not a single path has been trodden to the circles. They also did not find any traces indicating that someone could have come to the circles from the neighboring fields. The passage of a person on tall grass with a height of 0.5-0.7 meters would leave noticeable traces. This was confirmed in practice during our movements across the field, on which, after a single passage, noticeable tracks remained.
Our other measurements did not reveal any anomalies. In doing so, we used a Geiger counter, an electromagnetic field meter, a microwave detector, two compasses and three mechanical stopwatches to determine the possible difference over time within the formation and outside it. At the same time, the radioesthetist found positive radiation at 120K BSM, which outside the formation was at 1K BSM (on the Bovis scale).
It is difficult to say whether the resulting pictogram was actually executed as carefully as Teresa claimed. From the photographs of eyewitnesses this is not visible, and in fact they were made during their visit to the field.
We cannot, based on the information we have, unambiguously determine the origin of the formed formation. But we cannot ignore the consistency of the testimony of several witnesses, their emotional coloring and the results of our unconventional research methods.
The nature of these circles will probably remain unclear, retaining their full mystery, at least in terms of the phenomena observed on the eve of their discovery, and the impact on the well-being of people who have been inside the pictogram. The pattern of the dowsing anomaly revealed by the radioesthetist cannot be created by pressing the grass with a board. Unless we are dealing with outstanding specialists in this field."
