Archaeologists from the Kostanay University of Kazakhstan and the Vilnius University of Lithuania, who have studied the giant mysterious drawings found on the surface of the earth in the Turgai hollow in the south of the Kostanay region of Kazakhstan, have not yet been able to determine their purpose. The only assumption is that the ancient people used the objects for ritual purposes.
The Turgai swastika is a mound in the form of a three-beam swastika with a diameter of 94 meters. To the right of the swastika there are seven embankments in the form of low mounds of different diameters from 15 to 33 meters. To the left of the swastika are dumbbell-shaped bulk lines. If the swastika, lines and embankments form a single ensemble, then the length of this geoglyph is 512 meters!
The so-called Kazakh geoglyphs were spotted back in 2007 on images from Google Earth space. I was especially impressed by the huge three-beam swastika with a diameter of 90 meters.
Kazakh drawings are in no way inferior - at least in size - to those for which the Nazca plateau is famous. They are just as mysterious. Constructed from embankments and barrows. Some stretch for hundreds of meters. Not visible from the surface, only from a great height.
The objects are clearly man-made. Age - from 2 to 10 thousand years. It has not yet been possible to determine more precisely.
Today, in addition to the Turgai swastika, 8 more geoglyphs are known: the Ushtogai square, the Yekidinsky cross, two Ashchitastin crosses, a square, a ring and two lines.
Ushtogay square is a geometric figure consisting of 101 mounds in the form of mounds. The side of the square is 287 meters long! Approximately 112 m from the northwest corner, three rings, each 19 m in diameter, are located diagonally.

On the opposite side, at a distance of 112 meters from the southeast corner, there is an embankment with a diameter of 18 meters. If the square, rings and embankment are a single figure, then the figure's length is 643 meters!
Researcher of the Kazakh society of alternative history Alpamys Itayakov claims that the structures were built by ancient giants.
According to the adherents of alternative history, once the Earth's atmosphere was covered with a thin layer of water, and the oxygen content reached a third of the total air volume. Because of this incident, gigantomania prevailed in nature. Dragonflies measuring 30 centimeters, cave lions with claws equal to a samurai sword, and cave elks the size of a bus were not unusual. At the same time, proto-people lived six meters in height.
“It was these giants who built the pyramids, they also left behind the stonehenge and Turgai burial mounds in Kazakhstan,” Alpamys is sure. - Nomads found the remains of giants, and from there came myths that these are the relics of saints. Russian ethnographers wrote: Kazakhs believe that Arystanbab was 40 meters tall. In fact, these myths were born from the found remains of giants.
Scanning of ancient objects with the help of special equipment, carried out in 2007 by scientists from Kostanay State University, confirmed their guess that these mounds do not contain burials, but are a kind of temples of ancient sun worshipers.
Geometric patterns in all their beauty can only be observed from a bird's eye view. Any excavations at the site of geoglyphs can result in the loss of unique archaeological sites - not only local, but also of global importance.
