The famous ufologist Scott K. Waring, looking through his mail for 2011, came across a panoramic image of the visible side of the Moon, taken in 1971 by the Apollo 15 mission at a distance of 119 km from the surface. He noted that the photographs taken then with old cameras are of higher quality than most images of the lunar surface that NASA provides today.

“Guys, I found several domed cities on the moon,” said the ufologist.

Indeed, the photograph shows a large Cauchy crater, located in the eastern part of the Sea of Tranquility between the Cauchy Rift and the Cauchy escarpment. In many photographs, the crater has steep interior slopes and a small area of flat bottom. But if you look at the Apollo 15 image, you can see that there is a transparent dome above the crater. The technical characteristics of this panorama indicate the angle of the Sun above the horizon, which is 80 degrees. Therefore, a glare of the sun is visible on the transparent dome, and buildings can be seen inside. If there was no dome above the crater, there would be a black shadow inside it with such sunlight.

“There are three domes that can be seen, but one of the domes, located in the lower right corner of the panoramic photo, actually appears to be higher than the surface of the Moon! Yes, you understood me correctly. Its surface is inclined at an angle of 25-30 degrees. Cool! It looks like the dome of a ship, and around it the rim is like on a plate. My guess is that the domes can be covered with protective shells, much like the way the eyelids close the eyes,”said Scott Waring.

The ufologist suggested increasing the lower right corner of the panoramic photo on the monitor, where the Cauchy oval satellite crater D is clearly visible, turn on the camera on the smartphone and point it at the crater. A convex spherical dome with a sun glare is really clearly visible on the phone screen.
