Unusual circles in the snow in the courtyard were filmed at dawn by Nadezhda Nadkina from the window of a five-story building on Kulibina. The woman was struck by clearly miraculous perfectly even rings of different diameters and grooves of the same height.
At night, Nadezhda came to the window, saw snow without patterns. She could not sleep, worried about the strange behavior of the cat - the animal was ill.
“One eye was red, it was definitely a microstroke,” Nadezhda Nadkina said.
The paranormal researcher believes that cat disease and the occurrence of circles are interrelated. Animals do not tolerate the approach of UFOs. Apparently, it was it that left traces on Kulibin. Penza residents have already seen similar objects.
“The object emits a stepped beam, which leaves traces on the ground,” Vladimir Kukolnikov showed the drawing.

In Penza, it became known for the first time about circles in the snow. Previously, people only saw pictograms in the margins, like in the movie Signs. Circles in the snow were recorded in different cities and countries, they are similar to those in Penza. They were also recorded two or three at one site.
Signs on Kulibin did not exist for long. Many have seen them. In the fresh snow, someone tried to reproduce the circles and strayed into a curly ornament. It is incredibly difficult to trample perfectly straight lines, although the technology is painted on the Internet.
There are so-called snow artists, like the Briton Simon Beck, but there are only a few similar ones. While it remains a mystery, who circled over Kulibin, writing out patterns.
