A wrecked tank was found in the panoramic panorama, made up of photographs from the surface of Mars, taken on September 25, 2015 by the Opportunity rover (see video below).
While exploring the highest point of the Marathon Valley, which is located to the west of the huge Endeavor crater, a virtual Mars explorer named Vladimir Vladimirov discovered a structure that bears a striking resemblance to a tracked tank from the Second World War.
The artifact shining in the sun really resembles an armored tower with a downward cannon, which rises above a wide massive base. And the vivid imagination of an inveterate tank player immediately finished drawing the tracks under the powerful armored corps and even the soldiers who settled down at the firing point next to the tank and took cover under the armored shields.
Yes! This is more than an artifact! This is proof that Mars once had a nuclear war,”wrote Vladimir on his Facebook page, where he posted a selection of photographs of the Martian tank.
