We were hungry students back then and it was impossible to pamper ourselves too much. But despite this, we found time for entertainment, although for some they seem strange. One day my classmate told a very sad story.
Her father became very ill and her mother, who had lost all hope, rushed to seek help from grandmothers and psychics of various stripes. Naturally, the last money from the family was spent on this. As a result, the mother found the fortune-teller who was able to convince her that she would certainly help the family to get out of the sores and lack of money, but the ceremony would be very expensive. To do this, my classmate's mother decided to sell her father's car. And this could be a blow to his father, who doted on his old Zhiguli.
At one of the student parties, we discussed this problem and decided to bring the fortune teller to clean water, since we were sure that she was an ordinary swindler. For this, we have planned an entire operation.
Since the fortune-teller received in a private house, it was decided to do everything in the evening.
Usually, at the first session, which by the way was free, the fortuneteller, according to her, scanned the client, but in fact checked his solvency. By means of simple leading questions, she drew conclusions whether it was worth starting to breed a person or immediately abandon attempts to cash in. After such a scan, she reported whether she would deal with this person or not. If she agreed, she made a new appointment.
For the role of "misdirected Cossack" we appointed the owner of the nine, Pavlik, who made an appointment with the fortuneteller by phone. Moreover, he introduced himself as a young businessman who is eager to punish an unscrupulous companion.
We prepared well. One of our agents with a camera climbed onto a huge cherry tree, from where the window of the meeting room was clearly visible. The second was waiting near the fence, and I played the role of a friend of a young businessman, who, according to the script, was supposed to sit in the hallway and wait.

Everything was terribly simple. There was a disguised hatch in the room where the client's belongings were kept under lock and key. Through it, the fortuneteller's daughter entered the room and began to delve into these things. There she quickly read a list of questions, looked at documents and photographs.
Then she again went into the basement and climbed out into the annex located in the courtyard of the house. There was a microphone. After that, the fortune-teller walked behind the screen, where she allegedly performed her rituals, but in fact put on headphones and listened carefully to the information received. After she shocked the client with her magical awareness, it was a matter of technique. The man himself was ready to give any money to the one who saw through his life.
All this was provided to my classmate's mom. Of course, she was terribly shocked and naturally went to the fortuneteller with a claim. At this point, the fortuneteller realized that she was in trouble. As a result, the fortune-teller paid for the treatment of my friend's father in full, and we were able to quite nicely mark the completion of the operation. A fellow student's mother kindly paid us a table in a very good restaurant, but what else does a poor student want?
