The atmosphere of mystery has been reigning in an old house on Krasnoarmeyskaya Street for many years. Local residents believe that the ghost of the old owner lives in the building, which is more than 100 years old.
The premises of the mansion are rented, but so far not a single company has stayed in it for a long time. Today's tenants constantly feel the presence of the invisible essence of the owner of the house and ask specialists to relieve him of his torment.
The merchant Larintsev lived in Chelyabinsk in the pre-revolutionary years. Neither his name nor information about his family has been preserved in the archives. Historians know that Larintsev left the regional center during the Civil War. It is believed that the Bolsheviks took away his house, and where the merchant settled, he was killed. The restless soul of Larintsev, the townspeople say, now lives in a mansion on Krasnoarmeyskaya Street. The ghost practically does not manifest itself in any way.
Employees of the Tourism Development Center, who are now located in the house, did not see the mysterious shadows, did not hear moans and did not even complain about their well-being. However, the workers are sure that the merchant is constantly watching them. To appease him, they hung several icons on the walls, and put candies in the corners.
- The ghost treated different people differently. Apparently, it treated us well. We feel comfortable in this house. It breathes well in the heat. It feels like we have a kind ghost here. However, it is said that the past organizations did not stay here for long. I can’t say that it’s the ghost’s fault, but it’s still possible,”Zinaida Duvanova, chief expert on excursion tourism, told the First Regional website.
In search of information about Larintsev, the woman looked through many archives. One day, she found proof that the house was under the watchful guard of the spirit. Some time ago, lightning flew into the tea room during a thunderstorm when several people were there. The fireball hovered in the air and seemed to be looking at the rest.
The explosion, as is usually the case, did not follow, instead a ball of lightning flew through the wall. For several years, a singed spot in the corner of the room served as proof of this fact. But now the place is covered with fresh brickwork.
The staff at the tourist center believes that the ghost will not harm them. However, experts in cosmoenergy assure: invisible entities feed on the energy of living people. No matter how kind a merchant was during his lifetime, the neighborhood with him will sooner or later lead to bad consequences.
