A multimillionaire from the Leningrad Region bequeathed all his fortune to Jehovah's Witnesses and crashed in an accident. The businessman's only daughter is trying to sue at least half of the property.

When a grandson was born to Valery Fedoseev a year ago, to celebrate, he promised him to buy an apartment. After his death in an accident, it turned out that he left nothing to his only daughter and beloved grandson. Nothing at all. Not a penny from a fortune estimated at two hundred million rubles. He bequeathed everything to Jehovah's Witnesses, the very people who knock on doors and offer to talk about God.

“The next day after the accident, the heirs of the will appeared, which also raises doubts, and they have already begun to divide the inheritance,” his only daughter Viktoria Sergeeva posted a cry for help on a page on a social network. - How can you !? The body has not yet cooled down, vultures are already hovering over it.

BELIEVED, BUT DID NOT LIVE BY THE RULES

Victoria knew that her father was a Jehovah's Witness by religion. But, it seems, she did not give special attention to this. Moreover, it has changed recently. Communicated with "unfaithful" relatives, which is forbidden by the canon, sometimes he would drink a glass. Do not get drunk, I mean - orders of witnesses prohibit intoxicants. Fornication is again prohibited - sex outside marriage. And Valery, on the contrary, began to improve relations with his ex-wife.

“This is not necessarily a reason for dismissal,” Grigory Martynov, press secretary of the Russian management center of Jehovah's Witnesses, explained the internal church order. - In each case, this issue is resolved individually.

Promotional video:

Valery Fedoseyev, was not excommunicated from the community. On a tragic day for him, in August, he was driving in a car with four brothers in faith. I did not get to Slantsy, where he lived. Went off to overtake. Lost control and rammed a tree. Three Jehovah's Witnesses at the hospital. Two were killed. Including Valery.

- What happened there, we know, only from the words of fellow travelers, they say that his eyes were like glass, - said Anna Tsurmasta, Victoria's lawyer. - And his hands were shaking at the wheel.

The daughter had seen trembling hands and a distant look at her father before. Recently, he started having health problems. But you cannot go to the doctors, faith forbids. After the death of his father, various pills were found in his apartment, the side effects of which, including hallucinations, tremors … And then the "heirs" appeared with a copy of a copy of the will in their hands.

BOUGHT A CAR, SIGNED A TESTAMENT

Both the relatives and the lawyer have many questions to the will. How did it happen that Valery Fedoseev bought the car on the same day that he signed the will - April 28? If we remove mysticism, there will also be a theoretical situation. For example, this:

- Well, how do you like the color? Take?

- Yes, everything is fine.

- Then sign here, here. Wait, one more paper … and HERE! Thanks.

In addition to the graphological examination, the defense of his daughter intends to require a technical examination of the car. Or rather, what's left of him. The results of an official examination, which will establish the state of the businessman when he had an accident, will appear the other day.

In addition, the announcement of the sale of four construction projects from the "just bequeathed property" that appeared a week later in the local newspaper of the city of Slantsy looks dubious. They are posted on behalf of Valery Fedoseev. Forgot what you bequeathed?

“We tried to come to an agreement with representatives of a religious organization to resolve the issue peacefully,” says Anna Tsurmasta. - Half to them, half to relatives. They refused.

The price of the issue is twelve construction projects with an approximate cost of two hundred million rubles in the Leningrad region. At the time of litigation, property must be arrested.

- What are your actions now?

- We need to carry out a graphological examination, - says Anna Tsurmasta. - Expertise, possibly even exhumation, for the content of prohibited drugs in the blood at the time of the accident, posthumous forensic psychiatric examination, photo, audio and video materials are available. From the point of criminal law, it is probably logical to find out the exact time of drawing up the will, whether it coincides with the time when he acquired the car.

In the court of first instance, the case of invalidation of the will has so far been ignored. Now Victoria's defense will appeal against the decision of the court, which refused to grant a deferral for the payment of state fees.

“Considering that there are 12 construction projects, the amount is impressive,” the lawyer states. - And, given that Victoria does not have a single original document on the ownership of the property, not a single cadastral passport, we cannot even conduct an assessment. No expert organization will undertake this.

VERBATIM

Grigory MARTYNOV, press secretary of the Russian management center of Jehovah's Witnesses

Jehovah's Witnesses respect the right to private property, the right of inheritance, and the freedom of will. In accordance with the statutory activities, the Administrative Center has the right to accept donations in the form of property transferred by will, but such cases are rare, since believers from among Jehovah's Witnesses usually leave property to their relatives and friends.

Negotiations were held with Sergeeva (author's note - Victoria) about the transfer of part of the property to her. During the negotiations, she was told that she was ready to consider such a possibility, especially since there had already been such precedents.

However, according to the laws of Russia, this is possible only after the settlement of all legal procedures and the fulfillment of obligations to the creditors of the deceased, whose interests must also be taken into account.

Victoria Sergeeva, through her representative, Anna Tsurmastu, put forward an ultimatum that if the decision to transfer property to her is not taken immediately, she will take “all measures and appropriate steps to achieve a positive result in this case, without limiting herself in time, territoriality and betraying these facts are made public”, as well as for the initiation of a criminal case into the death of Valery Fedoseev. But if the property is handed over to her, she will declare a respectable act of Jehovah's Witnesses.
