In the 2008 season, through one of the crop circles in Wiltshire, greetings from the ETs were personally conveyed to the Moscow Kremlin.
With a difference of several days, two images were reproduced in adjacent fields:
- 2008-15-08 - a typical Celtic cross, and
- 2008-31-08 - the recognizable ruby star of the Moscow Kremlin.
The neighborhood of the images could be considered accidental, but the decryption pointed to another distant neighborhood in Russia, moreover, to its very center, the Moscow Kremlin.
Since the star clearly pointed to Russia, it was logical to assume that the language of the message of the depicted circles should be Russian, which was confirmed during the decoding.
The message was encrypted through the serial numbers of the Russian alphabet. (see bottom fig.)
The Celtic cross consists of 11 circles, which visually give the intersection of 7 circles vertically and 5 circles horizontally. The possible number 75 with such an intersection turned out to be equal to the abbreviation of the USSR, as well as the word CREST itself.

That is, the equality of the word CROSS with its numerical value through the Russian alphabet still turned out to be the KEY to the cipher and an indication of the CIPHER alphabet. The duplicate of the KEY was also the date of the image of the Celtic CROSS - 15.08.
The number 158 turned out to be equal to the words SYMBOL KEY and KREMLIN + MOSCOW.

Thus, having determined the code alphabet, it was possible to find other correspondences of the CROSS and ZVEZDA depicted in the margins with the Moscow Kremlin.
The calculation of two images of crop circles - CELTIC CROSS + STAR turned out to be equal to the name "St. Basil's Cathedral", adjacent to the Kremlin through a narrow strip of Vasilyevsky Spusk, repeating the forest between the "circles" on two fields of Wiltshire.

Separately, the name CELTIC CROSS turned out to be equal to the name RED SQUARE.

The separate names of the circles CROSS and STAR turned out to be an indication of a star on the Kremlin.

All these equalities make it possible to assert that the Message, encrypted in the images of these two circles, was addressed to the Kremlin personally.
What could be contained in the Message?
We have already said more than once that the Authors of Crop Circles speak of events that have not yet occurred on Earth, but may occur in the Future.
So the date of the image of the CELTIC CROSS - 15.08 indicates the most famous extraterrestrial signal WOW, recorded on the same day - 15.08, but in 1977, as part of the SETI program - Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence.
We, the authors of this article, deciphered this Signal in 2010, only two years after the images of the CROSS and STAR discussed here in 2008.
The word KREMLYOVSKAYA, as a recognizable image of the depicted STAR, turned out to be equal to our two surnames.

Thus, the Authors could point to a future unique event, that soon earthlings for the first time in history will be able to decipher an extraterrestrial signal, thereby proving the Presence of Another mind in the Universe. That this event will take place in Moscow and will be of particular importance if the alien message about it was addressed directly to the Kremlin.
If this is so, then, simultaneously with the prophetic warning, the authors of the crop circles conveyed to Russia a method for decrypting alien messages.
Also, in the same equality to the word KREMLYOVSKAYA, a phrase was found that was voiced by many prophets - "Russia will give the World Truth." Truth is, first of all, a word of spiritual and worldview meaning. Apparently, this is why one of the circles on the field is CREST.

Did Russia accept the discovery made in the field of decryption of extraterrestrial signals and thus unique proof of the existence of other worlds when it came true? After several years that have passed since the discovery, we can already say for sure: Russia did not need this unique historical discovery, as, incidentally, and other international organizations of the UFO focus, which “are looking for evidence of the existence of aliens” only in words.
