Estonia in 1990, two local residents met two UFO-navts right in the middle of the road
The working week began quite traditionally for the driver of the Märjamaa column of the Rapla motor depot Toomas Wendel. On Monday, he got up at five o'clock in the morning, shaved, had breakfast, warmed up the engine in his car, and went on his usual route for milk. On the way, as always, I put the laboratory assistant Laine Pilov into the cabin.
At the gas station, the car turned onto the Pärnu highway and at about half past seven in the morning arrived at an intersection where the road leading to a dairy farm branched off. Toomas Wendel turned the steering wheel to the right, the car turned onto a country road, and both people sitting in its cab were literally dumbfounded.
They saw - in the middle of the road there was something barrel-shaped, slightly resembling a silo, about four meters high and about two meters in diameter. A ring of bright blue flame blazes around the bottom of the object, which is in contact with the asphalt.
Toomas sharply applied the brake, and the car he was driving stopped, almost crashing into the "barrel". And from the "barrel" two creatures got out. Their clothes, like the "barrel" itself, shone with silver. The creatures began to walk back and forth around the "barrel", bustle. The impression was as if they were carrying out some kind of hasty outdoor repair work on this "carriage" of theirs.
The growth of each of the short ones did not exceed one and a half meters. Plasticity of movements, gait and gestures were no different from human ones, but the arms were disproportionately long in comparison with the body.
After a while, both creatures together, shoulder to shoulder, walked towards the car. They stopped to the left of the car, next to the driver's door. Instead of heads, they had some kind of smooth curves stretched vertically. The creatures began to wave their arms and make gnashing sounds. Maybe they asked the people sitting in the cab of the car to help them?
Toomas Wendel and his companion, laboratory assistant Laine Pilov, did not react in any way to the inviting gestures and shouts. They sat silently in the cockpit, petrified with fear.

Having met no response from the people, the strange undersized creatures returned to the "barrel" and disappeared into it. After that, the blue ring of fire under the object began to brighten intensely. There was a slight rustle, and the "barrel" with incredible acceleration rose vertically upward, melted in the sky.
Both Toomas and Laine claim that after the "barrel" departed, they experienced "a loss of sense of time and partial loss of memory" - these are their own words. So, they definitely do not remember how long their meeting with the short creatures lasted. Either two minutes, or ten minutes, or even more …
Moreover, both eyewitnesses did not understand how the aliens got out of the aircraft and then entered it. According to the feelings of people, only small scraps of that meeting remained in their memory. Everything else was completely erased by an unknown force from their memory.
Laine Pilov experienced a significant mental shock. The next day after the unforgettable meeting, she complained of poor health and, most importantly, that her head refuses to work. The next official report, drawn up by Laine, turned out to be completely wrong - all the numbers in it were messed up. This had never happened to her before.
