A cap cloud is a term so rare that at first we thought: the adept means himself - that is, his nodding acquaintance with natural phenomena. However, Wikipedia in English says that yes, there is such a term - Pileus, which literally translates as "mushroom cloud".

But he was translated into Russian as "nodding" - so as not to frighten people on TV when his uncle tells them about the weather. Otherwise, hearing about the mushroom cloud over the city, many viewers can immediately crawl under the table or even jump out the window.

But, as can be seen from the photo of Mr. Joshua Smith, there are no mountains there, so how it was formed for the questioner remained unclear. Meanwhile, everything is very simple:
The video was filmed in Florida last year. As it is obvious from the video of "nodding clouds" there is a whole ladder, which leaves no doubt about their artificial origin. Obviously, some kind of pepelats with an impulse engine was flying there. That is, when something explodes in its tail, after which the pepelats flies. And so cycle after cycle. But whether the pepelats belongs to the US Air Force or if it has some goggle-eyed men from Mars, whose eyes were squeezed out of the skull by weak Martian pressure, we do not know here.

Perhaps that is why the Martians are so smart, and the earthlings are so stupid that they believe in the tale about the "sun-gas ball".
If the Martians are so huge that they are noticeable even against the background of the Sun, then why are their pepelats on Earth so small? Or do we have some kind of race of Martians-gnomes, and some highly spiritual green giants are running around the Sun? Or maybe the Sun is still small, about the size of a globe?
In general, every day the activity of the pepelats is growing and growing. And now, in the light of rumors that something is flying to Earth, ufologists-conspiracy theorists are now expressing a terrible thought: what if the whole herd cannot be saved from asteroids and the Martians are building Elysium in orbit - for the most, so to speak, valuable, them rocks? And we sometimes even see him in the form of some incomprehensible balls or even wheels of Ezekiel:
