All over the world, researchers of the UFO phenomenon are especially attracted by the facts of basing flying saucers and other unearthly vehicles on our planet. Dozens of zones have already been identified, where frequent UFO sightings have been noted, as if the aliens have their own secret bases there.
Russian UFO researchers, retired captain of the 1st rank E. P. Litvinov and Doctor of Philosophy, Academician V. G. Azhazha, along with other domestic ufologists, note the increased activity of UFOs and aliens in many regions of our planet, including Russia.
For example, eyewitness N. Skosyrskaya from the settlement of Maksimikha, located near Lake Baikal, has repeatedly reported about UFO activity there and even sent the corresponding pictures taken by a mobile phone. This indirectly confirms the probable location of the alien base at the bottom of Lake Baikal, as ufologists have long guessed.
And they guessed not groundlessly. Underwater UFOs and underwater bases, according to Evgeny Litvinov, have become one of the most important ufological factors in the world - more than 2,000 cases of UFO sightings in the World Ocean have been recorded, which is 15% of the total ufodata bank. Moreover, in most cases, the observations were made by military specialists, that is, people who are not prone to fantasies. All this can be regarded as a preference by aliens of the aquatic environment in which, probably, they feel more secure and hidden. The largest number of such bases was noted in the Atlantic Ocean, but this is probably because there has always been intense shipping and it is easier to conduct observations. Based on the results of reports of military sailors and his own investigations, Academician V. G. Azhazha published in 2008 the monograph "Underwater UFOs"which was received with great interest by the public.
Today, according to V. G. Azhazha, at least 120 places of possible base of aliens on Earth have been identified, of which at least 49 underwater bases. Most of all bases are in Europe - about 35. Russia accounts for 30, in the USA - 13 bases.
The overwhelming majority of bases are located in hard-to-reach places: deep under water, in swamps, high in the mountains, in the strongest anomalous zones. Many bases have tunnels, some of which go under the oceans, indicating possible underground communications between alien bases.

An even more striking incident occurred in 2003 near Indonesia. After the collision of an American submarine with a UFO of a comparable size, both objects sank to the ground. And after a while, 15 UFOs appeared, used the method of teleportation, as a result of which the American submarine and UFO disappeared without a trace.
Witness Nina Grigorievna M., who has worked as a dentist for more than thirty years in the medical staff of the Black Sea Navy of the USSR in a submarine brigade near Sevastopol, believes that one UFO base is located near Balaklava, inside the mountain near the coast. She reported this to a television journalist, but there was no investigation into the report.

The information obtained in December 1994 from the Hubble Space Telescope became an objective confirmation that the flying "cities" are alien spaceships. " When giant telescope lenses were focused on a star cluster, a mysterious space object was noticed at the edge of the universe. Representatives of the US space agency NASA said the telescope has transferred hundreds of photographs of the object to the Godzard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland. They show a large white "city" floating in interstellar space.
In 1995, the US satellites GOES-8 and GOEC took several infrared photographs of giant UFOs. One of them had a diameter of 360 km. the other - 450 km. Naturally, such "cities" need energy and other resources, and it becomes clear for whom UFOs steal our "earthly" hydrogen and. apparently, much more.
Speaking at a scientific UFO conference in 2009, Academician V. G. Azhazha noted:
- It is becoming clear that the force behind the UFO can easily conquer the Earth. However, no obvious aggression has yet followed. In relation to us, the superiority of technical and psychic technologies is being demonstrated - that's all. But what happens if we suddenly master the technology that uses UFOs? I think, in this case, our civilization will not live long. Therefore, they seek to slow down somewhat our scientific and technological development and deliberately prevent us from discovering the phenomena on which their technology is based. In this case, it is impossible, for example, to exclude the distortion of the results of some of our physical experiments. That is, we live in the same world with them, but our picture of the world has been “edited” for a certain period and will remain so until we grow up. Such actions can be dictated not only by the desire to protect us from self-destruction,but also for reasons of their own safety.
Therefore, only a stupid and short-sighted civilization is capable of refusing to collect and analyze materials about shocking facts of encounters with anomalous phenomena. What we know today about the essence of UFOs is the tip of the iceberg. We only know what they allowed us to know or introduced into our conceptual and memorizing apparatus. Without full publicity about the constant presence of aliens on Earth, it is impossible to solve many problems of our security, - the speaker concluded his thought.
