On July 27, 2011, a Circle appeared in one of the wheat fields in Wiltshire, depicting an alien with a smoking pipe. This Circle turned out to be a real tutorial for deciphering the mysterious images left by aliens.
In accordance with the identified Algorithm through which the Aliens communicate with the Earthlings, all the images they leave in the fields are encrypted information hidden in a set of letters and numbers related to the drawing itself and its location.
To begin with, to find out if a picture contains hidden information, you need to see words and numbers in it. But not just to see them, but to reveal a logically grounded system in them. The presence of such a system in the Circle will be a guarantee of its "alien" origin, and, therefore, the importance for the Earthlings of the information that the aliens left behind, making efforts to transmit it to overcome the interdimensional border of the worlds.
The presented decryption (see figure) is an example of the discovery in the Circle of a logical system, which, in turn, indicates deeper information hidden behind the revealed words and numbers. That is, system detection is the first step in decrypting a cryptographic image. Each identified word and number in such a system can be compared with the desired file name in the list of others, opening which, we get either another file name or the final information.
In order to start deciphering the image of the Circle, one must try to describe it in words, according to the principle - “what I see” or “what it looks like”. In this case (see fig.) These words turned out to be: "PIPE, AROUND 28 CIRCLES on the HEAD". All these words exactly correspond to the composition of the image, and, as it turned out, to the numbers "4 and 7" enclosed in it. Such a separate correspondence of words to numbers, plus - the correspondence of several words to the same number, and is called a system, - from the concept of "systematic manifestation of some uniformity." Such consistency can also be called a manifestation of regularity. In turn, the presence of the discovered system or pattern speaks of the INTELLIGENCE involved in the creation of the Circle, thereby refuting the assumption of some natural forces, due to which a separate symmetry could arise. Although nature is diverse in its manifestations, it has never been noticed that it communicates with a person on a given topic with the help of WORDS and NUMBERS, which have regular connections with each other.
Any verbal cryptogram has ways to decipher it, which can be applied to the images of Crop Circles, after bringing them to an alphanumeric basis. The basis for the alphanumeric relationship is any known alphabet, in which all letters have their own serial numbers.
In this case (see figure), the system of correspondence between WORDS and NUMBERS was identified through the alphanumeric order of the Russian alphabet. For comparison, the figure shows the same words in the English translation "PIPE, AROUND on the HEAD CIRCLES" ("PIPE, AROUND 28 CIRCLES") and their correspondence to the alphanumeric order of the English alphabet. The obtained numbers of all words turned out to be different, which does not show a systemic correspondence between them. This means that the information hidden in this Circle has priority of decryption in Russian, and individual English words can be an addition.
It is not necessary that only Russian and English are used to decipher Kroogi, there may be others, and not only with reference to the country where the Kroogi were discovered.

Decryption of any cryptogram, in addition to the fixed methods of its disclosure, depends on the intuition and ingenuity of the cryptographer.
In this case, the English and Russian alphabets were deliberately chosen. The Russian alphabet was chosen as the native one for the Russian researchers who discovered the "Algorithm of Extraterrestrial Communication", and the English alphabet was chosen as the native one for the place where Crop Circles appeared in England.
A special prerequisite for deciphering the Circles is the systemic assumption that the Aliens (the authors of the Circles) know everything about the work they do - in which specific place they leave their images, and who will decipher them.

- First, the KEY to the hidden image was discovered: PIPE = 74.
- By means of the key, the priority of the Russian alphabet over the English was determined.
- Then the consistency between the verbal and numerical description of the image was revealed: AROUND = 74, on the HEAD = 74; 28 = 7 x 4; CIRCLES = 74, - "New information" was found: ATTENTION, TIME, HOURS.
At this point, the first stage of decryption, relating only to the visual analysis of the image, was completed.
The discovered "new information" indicated that the image of the "Alien with a pipe" should be considered as a cryptogram of some clock, with the time indicated on them. This required additional work with the primary image. In what way the TIME was indicated, and what day it showed, this is the topic of the next part of the decryption.
PS We published the first part of the transcript almost immediately, two weeks after the Circle appeared on 2011-14-08. It said that the aliens are demanding contact with Russia. Even on TV, a story was filmed on the topic of our transcript - but more than skeptical.
We, as having discovered in the "crop circles" the systemic "Algorithm of Extraterrestrial Communication", are completely in a difficult assessment of such a dismissive and indifferent attitude to the discovery of evidence of Extraterrestrial life, which, as it were, are waiting and looking for many scientists and enthusiasts around the World.
Are all expectations of the Contact reduced only to the fact that telescopes will see a spaceship (miracle) that does not belong to terrestrial technology, or will there already be a specific landing of Aliens on Earth? But in such a "search" there is neither Science nor the intelligence of a researcher. Namely, the manifestation of INTELLIGENCE by earthlings is the main requirement of the Aliens for the beginning of Contact.
