The pictogram appeared in Cherhill White Horse, Nr Calne, Wiltshire, exactly where the drawing of "an alien with a pipe" appeared on July 27, 2011.
When deciphering this image, it was revealed that the Aliens are ready at any time to go to the Official Contact, indicating at the same time how much time the Earthlings have already missed since the planned first Contact. At the same time, a unique example of decoding circles was transmitted.

Proposals came both through crop circles and through the apparent appearance of UFOs in places where it was impossible for earthlings not to notice them: during missile launches and catastrophes and near the ISS (International Space Station). For the assumption that the circle from 2017-16-04 is associated with the "alien with a pipe" from 2011-27-07 and is its continuation, facts are needed. If there are facts of the relationship, then they should be encrypted in the second figure to indicate the first.
Any information is encrypted using LETTERS and NUMBERS, therefore, the encrypted message consists of WORDS and DATS. To find the KEY to the CODE, you need to find the equality between the visual image and its numerical value. The found equality will indicate the encryption alphabet and encryption method.

The keys to deciphering the pictogram from 2017-16-04 turned out to be the following equalities.
The first was revealed very simply: it is the word PASKH, a hint of which was the day of the appearance of the pictogram - April 16 - the day of the Christian EASTER.
The numerical value of the word EASTER, through the ordinal numbers of the letters of the Russian alphabet, is equal to 61, which is equal to the number of the day on April 16 (Mirror spelling is one of the encryption methods).
The second equality was revealed through the hint of a schematic representation of an astronomical event that occurred on April 17, the day when information about the appearance of this circle began to spread on the network. It is the heavenly conjunction of Saturn, Earth and Moon.
The calculation of the names of the celestial bodies through the serial numbers of the letters of the Russian alphabet revealed equality with the date of the event itself.

From the found equalities it follows that:

The image from 2017-16-04 showed a connection with the image of the "alien with a pipe" from 2011-27-07. This is noticeable even in the superposition of drawings, from which it is clear that the second drawing from 2017 is a simplified diagram of the first one from 2011.
This similarity indicates that the information provided in Articles # 1 and # 2 (see links above) remains valid.
This time, the information was repeated by the aliens:
- the importance of the first scheduled date of Extraterrestrial Contact, - that the Earth is threatened by a frontal impact of an asteroid, - that Extraterrestrial Contact is planned only through Russia, - that They demand to listen to Their Representatives who are already on Earth,
- that there is no time left, according to the cosmic clock.
Since there is a strong belief that the aliens, when transmitting their information, take into account all its details, then an additional and visual part of the pictogram can be considered the fact of an asteroid 2014 JO25 flying past the Earth on 2017-19-04, with its own name "rock" given to it for its large size. According to experts, if the Earth was threatened with a collision, then the destruction could be equal to the whole continent.
Asteroid 2014 JO25 also has a very remarkable double dumbbell-like shape. The similarity with the circle on 2017-16-04 is very recognizable, from which one can make an assumption about the warning of the aliens that "an asteroid rushes to the Sun-Earth system directly in the forehead, which, when falling, can hit a third of the Earth." And the time before the collision remained equal to the segment of the straight line connecting the two parts of the circle. " And the word TIME was the main one in the previous image of "an alien with a pipe."
