On August 4, 2009, my father tragically died - he fell from the 13th floor of a house under construction. Nobody knows how it happened, and how the father, who never went to the construction site, ended up there.

They decided to bury my father in the village of Bogdanovka, Neftegorsk District, where my father's mother lived, Maria Vasilievna Kravtseva, my grandmother. She lived there alone with my uncle Tolya.

My grandmother was then 96 years old and had a bad heart. We were afraid that, having learned about the death of her son, she would not stand it and would also die, so we agreed not to tell my grandmother anything. We wanted to bring the body of our father from Samara to Bogdanovka immediately to the cemetery, and we would not take it to grandmother's house, which we notified all relatives of.

When the day of the funeral came, uncle Tolya from Bogdanovka called early in the morning and said that grandmother woke up very early, went up to him and asked:

- Tolya, who died? Who should be buried?

Uncle answered her:

- Nobody died, go to sleep.

But she did not leave him alone and continued to ask:

Promotional video:

- Who died? Tell me who? I know a man died, who is he?

Uncle Tolya asked her:

- How do you know someone died?

She says:

- Today in my dream my late husband Nikolai dreamed: “Maria, wake up, hurry up, get up, get dressed quickly, let's go bury …” He told me in a dream who died, but I can't remember, I only remember what then a man. And I have to go bury him …

At times my grandmother had memory lapses, she sometimes did not recognize us, but after a while her memory returned to her.

- Tolik, tell me who died? - the grandmother did not calm down.

My grandmother had three sons: uncle Tolya, who lived with her, my dad Vitaly and uncle Volodya, who lived in Samara …

Uncle Tolya phoned his relatives and told about grandmother's dream. We all consulted and decided to tell grandmother the truth and bring father's body to the house where grandmother lived so that she could say goodbye to him. A year after her father's funeral, at the age of 97, my grandmother died.
